We loved that this was not a cookie cutter hotel experience. The quirks added charm to the experience like the room keys on spoons, stepping up to enter/exit the bathroom etc. We loved how each of the rooms were different themed. The rooms were comfortable and we liked having kitchen access. The check in process was different since there is no hotel desk/office but the steps were communicated prior to arriving. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the town attractions/ food. Overall we would stay here again and had a great experience.
We arrived after dark so we are suggesting some more lighting on the rooftop walkways to help find our room easier.

The room is cute with many amenities, including a kitchen. The bed was extra comfortable. It is a huge space.
I never received any check-in information, so I wandered around, trying to figure out what I was supposed to be doing. When I called, the gentleman was not apologetic, but indicated he was just getting around to messaging me. It was well past 300 at this point. He was just full of a lot of hot air! The TV from the room next to me was coming thru loud and clear. I had to use white noise to get to sleep. I also question how well the place was cleaned. There was a very used q-tip in the soap dish when I arrived. Yuck! I also didn't appreciate the bumpy road with crevices that leads you to the parking lot. It felt like I would scrape the front end of my rental car every time I fell into one of the ridges. The place is cute, but it's just not so welcoming.

Great location, easy walk to The Pioneer Woman attractions and other boutiques. Very clean and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Linens were the perfect weight for comfort. Plenty of closet space. Small refrigerator had plenty of space to hold drinks and leftover boxes.
There were no coffee filters for the coffee pot, had to improvise. We didn’t use the kitchen area except to make coffee and keep drinks and a little food in the refrigerator. But if we had needed to use it, there were no pots and pans. There were a few dishes, cups and silverware but nothing to cook in. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, etc like you would see in a hotel. That didn’t bother us, we had our own, but it is something people typically expect. Also, our room was not handicap accessible, maybe some of the other rooms were, I’m not sure, we didn’t need it to be so it was fine.

I liked the rustic part of the hotel. I liked the location. The staff was great. We met Donna, and she took good care of us. I liked that it was clean and had a good size refrigerator.
I would have liked the bathroom to be a little bigger. It was odd that it said it slept 4 when it really didn't. The bed was a queen bed, and then a short futon. Donna was so sweet, she brought us an roll out bed, but it wasn't very comfortable. The queen bed wasn't very comfortable either. Needed more padding.

The room was furnished comfortably. The king bed was good as were the pillows. Do not expect The Hilton, this is a good, solid and clean place to lay your head. My room had an actual claw foot bathtub with shower curtains so a shower was possible. Actually, this place reminded me of an old fashioned hotel from the 1930s. I met the owner Joseph, and he's very pleasant. The pet fee is very reasonable so PLEASE pick up after your pet to not ruin this for others.
Nothing really.

Spacious. These were previously apartments so you get multiple rooms and amenities. You absolutely cannot beat the price. Very close to all the little shops and pioneer woman stores.
It's rustic and dated... which if you're a pioneer woman fan is absolutely acceptable. It's like staying at your elderly grandmother's house... the location at first seems odd.. but overall nothing to really be upset about. No shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. The giant antique claw foot tub was a bonus.

Very cute hotel!! Loved the history, location and room. Little kitchen area was great. Perfect for our stay, right in town, but just down from all the shops. Will definitely stay again.
The bed was very firm, my mom loved it but I did not. And the bathroom door didn’t open all the way, stopped at the toilet. Not a deal breaker, but feel like I should mention it.

Certainly a different type of lodgings but very enjoyable!
No staff anywhere? Keys were left in a very publicly accessible area where anyone off the street could come in and grab them. Hopeful no one went in after I left my room because when you leave, you just put keys in a hallway desk where anyone can come by and get into your room. That part made me nervous.

Location is great! View from the balcony was amazing. Joe was right there when a problem arose with room key. Even though the hotel is right downtown it is very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay again.
Key was not in box at check in time. Check in time was 3pm and we received key at 5pm. Bed was not very comfortable and no bedding for roll away bed.

The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to shops, bars, and the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. We were well taken care of and the owner is very responsive to questions and if any problems come up. We loved our room! Vintage decoration and furniture that was so comfy. The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning worked amazingly well. We can’t wait to come back here to visit again!
