We liked the size and layout of our room. We were able to checkout cookware at the desk and grocery stores were nearby. The room and appliances were clean. Also the desk personnel were very professional, helpful and available whenever we needed assistance. All in all it was a great stay and we hope to stay there again the next time we visit our family

The bed needed a new mattress as it was too soft and we both rolled to the middle. Also the sheets did not properly fit the bed so in the morning the sheets were loose and uncomfortable. The pillows were also old and lumpy.

The staff was very friendly. The room was up to date and spacious. Very clean and well maintained. The parking lot is well lit so not worried about our car.

The room was close to the side door so you could hear it every time it opened and slammed shut. We stayed all weekend, so they didn't tidy up the room. We put the dirty towels outside our room that morning for housekeeping to leave clean ones. When we got back to our room that night, they were still there so we had to take them down to the front desk to get clean ones before we could shower.

Clean and comfortable

The check in process. My husband waited in the car while I checked us in, I was the one who reserved the room. I had my ID and credit card used to book the room. I was then informed I needed my husbands ID as well. It should be noted you need Identification for any adults staying in your room. Breakfast was very disappointing .

Frenchie at the front desk was exceptional, and we appreciated the safety precautions. It was quiet and clean.

Pillows on the bed were not comfortable. The grab and go breakfast could have had better choices. There was no unsweetened coffee creamer. I don't like sugar in my coffee, just cream.

The bed was so comfortable that as soon as I laid down I was out there is only 1 thing I would change the lighting is far from great even if you have all the lights on it is still very low light almost dark how ever in the daytime the large window provides lots of sun light that fills the room.

The poor lighting would be the only thing that was not top rated

husband thought bed wasnt soft enough, wife thought it was. room was clean. had musty smell.

no coffee pot in room, but coffee in lobby was fantastic.. took ice maker some time to get started,

It was clean and easy to access - some staff were helpful

The evening staff were not helpful - we needed some cleaning products for the washing machine, but they didn’t have anything and didn’t try and help out. There were no black out curtains in the bedroom , which made it harder to sleep

Walking distance from restaurants and bowling alley. 5 minutes from the jobsite. There was also a Walmart 3 minutes down the road. Laundry was convenient. The gazebo was nice for the smoking area.

Side door wouldn’t work with key for a day or so after we checked in, but would after that for whatever reason. Only 1 elevator. There was only 1 designated smoking area and would get crowded at times.

The room was large with a kitchenette area. It was clean and we were given a box of dishes to use during our stay. The bed was comfortable...in fact the entire experience was great.

We were happy with our two day stay. No complaints!

The amenities in the kitchen allowed me to maintain my healthy eating routine.

The majority of the front desk staff lacks patience and customer service skills. They would rather be elsewhere.
