Location was great for our purposes. The room was okay. For an “executive suite” it was a bit cramped. We had to ask for and go down to the front desk to get towels and bedding for the pull out sofa. Staff were not very friendly and rude at check in.

Staff were not friendly. The man who checked me in was very rude. Breakfast was just ok. Not many options and pretty bland. Only bananas for fruit options.

The staff was very responsive when we had a problem with our room. All the staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs. Staff allowed us to use the conference room for a big family meal following a funeral.

Our first room had a very strange smell but we were given a new room that was good

I love that they were going to allow me early check in although I didn't need it. Emily was a great help to me as I was checking out! Our stay was absolutely delightful, especially with a good breakfast included in the price! We are very thankful & would consider staying again.

The only thing I didn't enjoy while there was the view. There's really not one.

They made a room change without throwing a fit. Very nice gentleman.

When I booked through booking dot com I know I marked suite and double and that's not what he said was booked and it deducted from my accounts immediately. I have never had trouble with a reservation until this one. So not hotels fault I don't think it was booking that was messed up

Breakfast was satisfactory. Mattress was outstanding! Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Bath towels were completely unsatisfactory. Terribly rough, scratchy, and non-absorbent. Seriously, like sandpaper.

The facility itself is very clean and quiet. The breakfast was good, although not alot of variety. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The beds are OK but it didn't help that the pillows were super think.

The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room in the double queen room for my husband, stepson and I, we weren’t crowded. There was a couch/tv plus the beds/tv. The staff was really nice!

Our bathroom sink was so loud when you turned it on and the tub stopper didn't work.. Also there were not nearly enough outlets.

Everything was clean and all the employees were very nice.

The hot tub was cemented up but it is listed as still there on the websites 😔 the pool was nice and warm though so that made up for it some what!

Eggs were light and fluffly. Sausage was good. Biscuits were good. (would have preferred them offered individually).

Only offered muffins and bagels. Would have liked toast. Biscuits and sausage should have been available as separate items. Didn't find the jelly tucked way back in the corner until I threw away the biscuit that I didn't want to eat dry.
