Lovely hotel, great location to ski lift - we walked each day, great breakfast - with plenty of choices and selections to suit all tastes. The room was lovely and spacious, but unfortunately, throughout the whole week, stay we didn't receive any housekeeping to change bedding or to clean the bathroom, etc. Also, the evening restaurant was really nice, with great options for food at reasonable prices, but it's a massive issue to get a table, every evening people are left waiting sitting up the stairs and in the hall, which isn't nice for guests to have to walk through this chaos just to get to their rooms. - the restaurant simply isn't big enough. Also, if they used the reception area as a bar with snack on offer, it would be a really good idea, so people have somewhere to sit in a quiet bar area to wind down. ( they only offer beer and soft drink - and they aren't used to its full potential)

We loved the cleaning and the modernism of the aparthotel. We had everything we need in the room. Thw beds are confortable if you like to be soft bed. The couch in the living room is harder but comfortable. The location is very quiet. Very close to the slopes 4-5 minutes with car. The food at the restaurant is very good. The breakfast is full with a lot of sortiments. In the lobby is very nice they have lots of drinks and very good deserts. The spa is very clean and confortable and modern

You can hear the noisy neighbours in the other rooms. The only unpleasent item is the fonic isolation of rooms. If you have noisy neighbours you will hear them. If they are with a lot of good sense you won't hear a thingp

Very well built, wonderfully looking hotel and appartments. Love the design! Clean, spacious. Quiet location near the centre. Nice spa and children playground.

Missing accomadation in the kitchen, e.g. cooking spoon, colander, bowls. Missing towels in the spa- you have to use the ones from appartment and then you haven't enough clean ones. No room service. Breakfasts quite boring, almost the same every day. We miss müsli, white yoghurt, more cakes. Uncomfortable sofa for sleeping.

Well equipped and modern appartment, there is all that you need. Nice staff.

it’s a bit disappointing that you need to book sauna in advanced because when we arrived all slots for our dates already were booked by other guests.

not very good kitchen facilities. no toaster so breakfast options limited and no tea/coffee provided or even basic salt/pepper/sugar. no oven so could only cook pasta but nothing to drain pasta with.

More than one towel for each guest for the entire stay would help a lot Otherwise - the place was excellent

The view was amazing and very comfortable apartment. Clean, beautiful and everything was perfect. I would come back again. The staff was very helpful and kind. Good breakfast and dinner.

We liked everything

This apart hotel is pretty well designed. There are 2 buildings in a complex, both have spa room with bubble bath and a sauna. One of the buildings houses a restaurant which serves very decent breakfast and tasty dinner. The other one has a lobby bar. Location: Keep in mind that walking to the nearest slope will take about 20 minutes. But if you arrive on a car this is not an issue. There are also numerous places to go buy groceries or dine in the village, but due to narrow sidewalks walking is not always pleasant.

There is no everyday cleaning, but we managed to get towels changed a few times at least. Also there is no bath robe and slippers for sauna, so bring yours.

Beautiful design with local accents, high quality. Good kitchen equipment. Very nice sauna and jacuzzi. Amazing view from the living room.

No cleaning service or towel change which was a big minus. Only one bathroom in 6 pax apartment. Heating panels blocked, you can not change temperature in the rooms. 100zl fee for a lost card on the agreement is nonsense.
