Facilities are absolutely spot on. We loved the fact that there is a fitness zone, swimming pool and saunas. As we travelling with children having an outdoor and indoor playground, snooker room and an outdoor pool was very convenient. Absolutely great reception and kitchen staff. Night porter was very helpful and polite as well.

I asked house keeping staff for toilet paper but they have only provided one roll, which for family of four might be a bit tight :). I think maybe daily top up of tea and coffee according to the number of occupants would be handy.

Quiet room which we appreciated as we traveled with a little baby. I recommend room 111, I think it has the best view. Tasty breakfast, nice facilities for children (playground inside and outside) and adults (pools, sauna, jacuzzi, gym).

Not a warm welcome. The receptionist on our arrival was not very helpful, she handled us an information sheet saying “you can read it”. When I asked for another room key she said “we must return it upon check-out”. On the other hand, everyone else was very nice.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Cozy and pretty big family room with allmost all you need. Good choice and tasty food, service is on a high standard. You can play billiard and table football whenever you want for free. 10 minutes walk from Kotelnica - perfect place to ski for a new / mid level skiiers.

Small comments: in the bathroom it would be good to add some hooks for the towels and a bit more light in the kitchenette would be great too.

My wife and I were so pleased with the dinner service - the two ladies serving us were super efficient, friendly, faultless. Dinner was very well made and tasty - compliments to the chef! Excellent location in the heart of Bialka Tatranska and very close to Terma Bania, the main point of our visit. There is the meeting point in the adjacent car park for the offroad buggy tours if that's your thing. Looks really good. All the facilities were great. Supermarket next door and toursist shops. Our room included a balcony with good views.

I was little concerned about parking my car at the front and in the adjacent parking - parking in front is for the restaurant, but nothing to worry about in the end. Seems very safe everywhere and people there to relax.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was perfect for both skiing and hiking, making it an ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts.Highly recommend!"

Hair dryer wasn't working all days, but they've made discount for baby crib rent. Towels has a smell like cigarettes..In breakfast there wasn't anu poridge for the baby..

Super location, right next door to small supermarket , exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable beds , very friendly staff , plenty on offer for breakfast

Very dated could be doing with decor revamped, bath robes and slippers would be appreciated for the sauna jacuzzi

Great location in centre of resort with supermarket and other shops neighbouring. 5 minute walk to the slopes; handy ski lockers at hotel.

First time visiting Poland, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful with advice regarding location of attractions in the area. Hotel has a good spa area, spa, jacuzzi etc. Good location for the ski lifts, with the nearest being a gentle 10 min stroll.

The room and the hotel in general were very clean and the lady at the reception was warm and friendly. The pool and the spa area were clean and we enjoyed using the facilities. The breakfast was great, and the hotel restaurant had delicious food. Overall a great stay.

We had some trouble with the shower and warm water
