Super clean. Looks better in real life than in photos. Spacious room and big bathroom. The kitchenette is also quite big and complete with all you need. The room smells amazing. There are big windows in the room looking out at the backyard. Really good vibe overall! Good location! You can walk to the city center where the shops and restaurants are. There is a bus stop nearby where you can take the shuttle to trailheads (Kuznice and Palenica). There is a big grocery shop just 3 minutes away. The people at the reception are really nice and helpful!

The pillows are quite small. Guests will appreciate hotel-sized pillow.

Willa jarosta was beautiful ,modern. Very comfortable apts We were given an upgrade to a beautiful one bedroom apt ,with a huge wooden balcony . Staff were helpful and very welcoming Accomodation extremely clean and well maintained Just to be aware, no lift /elevator ,which I found a bit challenging due to mobility issues ,but the apt was so worth it . Very reasonable price, great location. So near big lidl supermarket ,main street (krupowki street ) gubalowka Hill ( funicular ) ,and small market stalls ) Unfortunately although zakopane itself is usually covered in snow ,until April/may ,this has been sadly almost non existent over recent months ,with no snow during our visit ,meaning a lot of our planned activities ,things to see were unavailable . This was very disappointing for us ,as this is the reason we chose zakopane . It was also very quiet ,which was disappointing too . Would recommend willa jarosta ,but if like us ,snow is important ,perhaps keep checking snow reports etc before booking zakopane .

Location was great. We were there for 3 nights and I did not need to go anywhere by car. To the iceskating area 3-4 minutes, to the city 5-10 minutes. Snowlandia was bit far, but also possible to walk. Cleanlines was on very good level. Parking in front of the building is also very good. Everything was nice and if we return to Zakopane we will probably select same accomodation.

It is questionable to be 4 peoplne in this apartment. It is very difficult to sleep on sofa even if it was in bed setup for two people. But we manage it :). This was only the minus which I can identify.

Great location. Loved the Christmas decorations. It really lifted the holiday feel. We even had our own Xmas tree in our apartment!! Generous kitchen. Apartment just had a cosy comfy feel. We were out a lot so would have liked to have stayed inside to enjoy the apartment more. Shops were a short stroll away. The parking on location was great as on the weekend it gets busy with people visiting the shops and markets.

Mixed messages from some staff offering we could use the washing machine, but the lady at reception gave a firm "No!" Receptionist wasn't very helpful when we made enquiries of local activities available. eg skiing and ski hire

Location was perfect, very close to Gubalowka, very close to main street and infront of a park which was covered in snow. Excellent room for family with kids. Had everything we required. Rising up to see snow covering the terrace, hearing the chirping birds in the trees nearby and a quiet neighborhood made everything so special. Luggage storage was also possible since we were leaving in the afternoon from Zakopane. Kitchen had everything except oven but we managed.

No lift could be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

Our stay was very good. Extremely pleasant and caring staff, always ready to help or go to meet the client. Spacious and clean room, clean linen, comfortable beds. It is worth noting such a great advantage as the presence of a spa. A large jacuzzi, sun loungers, candles, sauna, shower and cold deep bath - everything for relaxation after active walks in the city or mountains. We were very satisfied and highly recommend this wonderful apart-hotel almost in the very center of the city!

We should stay there longer...

The location is excellent! Getting to Willa Jarosta was so straightforward from the train station, being in short proximity from the train station. Just across the road from the property, there's a beautiful park with the stunning views of the mountains in the distance, with a public play area which the kids loved! Just up the road, not more than 2 minutes away, is a LIDL supermarket which is extremely well-stocked. The property is also a short walk away from the Gubalowka funicular (the mountain of which is actually so overrated - so crowded and commercialised) and Krupowki street. The property contains a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa (and sofabed), firm mattress in the bedroom, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The apartment was extremely clean and it felt so homely. The hostess was particularly welcoming and friendly, and answered any questions we had ahead of our trip and during the trip itself! We will surely stay here again when we return to Zakopane next time!

Although the kitchen was extremely well-equipped, there was no oven. However, this was not a big deal.

This place is amazing! We were welcomed by the lovely host and check in was quick and easy. Our room was amazing, so spacious with a lovely lounge, kitchen and bedroom. The beds were super comfy! Which can be a rare find in Europe. The bathroom and shower was fab too. We also enjoyed the spa and sauna which was very reasonably priced and super relaxing. Location was great, Lidl 2 min walk and restaurants about 10 mins, very close to everything. Would 100% stay again. Absolutely loved it, couldn't fault a thing.

Very clean, amazing spa facilities (cold bath, sauna, jacuzzi), good location walking distance to the Main Street and ~12min to the bus station.

We booked on booking a room with a balcony (as in the pictures) and they gave us a room without a balcony.. but a bit bigger. They said it was the same price. We were fine with it, but if you really want the balcony I recommend checking with them that you’ll get the room with balcony. They said it was probably a problem of booking.com with the pictures but we weren’t in the mood to fight. A few more items for the kitchen would’ve been nice (I.e some olive oil or a spatula)

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean apartment with excellent facilities. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist areas for easy walking. Loved the private use of sauna and spa. You must book in and pay a little extra for this, but it is well worth it. Very romantic.

Smoking area was just outside our room and so we had to keep closing the windows as the smell drifting in was very annoying. It was hot weather with no air conditioning, so this was really uncomfortable for us. Please move the smoking area away from the building.
