Perfect location for walking from the train and bus station in Zakopane. Also, Perfect location for walking to the main strip. The staff were friendly, rooms spacious and when needing to leave early for our walks we was able to order a packed breakfast for out adventures and they made an excellent packed breakfast.

Only downside is no lifts to the floors. Even a ramp just wide enough for suitcase to be able to be pulled up/down at the side of the stairs would be a help. No need for the plastic shelf above the sink in the bathroom, it just gets in the way when washing your face. One large duvet would be nicer than 2 singles for double/king-size beds.

Location of this hotel is really good and allows you to walk to all must see places in town. A big parking lot behind the hotel is great to leave your car and enjoy Zakopane. Staff if super friendly and there are many couches throughout the hotel so you can hide and enjoy a book or a little time outside the hotel room.

We did not find an elevator, which was not a problem for us, but if you bring heavy suitcases with you be aware you would need to carry them up to your room.

This is a cheapish hotel option. Rooms are good, but quite small. Checkin was easy and quick. Free onsite parking. Nice views to the mountains. Small kitchenette with a fridge for self catering breakfast and food storage which we found useful.

Rooms seem smaller than we expected. Our daughter booked a separate single room and it was REALLY SMALL! No life ... so if u want to bring your heavy suitcases from the car, you must heave them up flights of stairs.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , we were a group of 10. The location is amazing, 10 mins walk from the main Christmas market on the main street and the restaurants. Staff is very kind and helpful.In the four-person apartment, there were 2 rooms, and a kitchen which was very comfortable.

In the four-person apartment, two of the beds were not actual beds but sofas that could be converted into beds.

We enjoyed the room. Ours was listed as a small room, but it was the biggest one we had stayed in on our trip up to that point. I was with my friend and there was a bed on one part of the room, there was another bed down a hallway in our room, which was nice for us to have some breathing room. The room was great! Had a nice view of the mountains. The staff was friendly as well, was right near a nice park.

It was a little farther of a walk to get to places in the center. It was not super far but not easy either. They had also forgotten to have me pay so after we had left, we had to find our way back to pay, which was a little inconvenient with its location. The lights in my part of the room also went out briefly which was weird but they fixed themselves after several minutes

Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. The hotel staff were helpful. Enjoyed the beautiful view of Tatra mountains from the window of the hotel.

Kitchen equipment was good but the recommendation would be to provide guests with an electric stove and cooking utensils as well

Solid hotel with a great view of the mountains from the window. Good location, around 10 mins walk from main street and coach stops. Very easy to find. Nice and quiet. Cleaning was generally a good standard. Adjoining restaurant served tasty food.

WIFI terrible. Intermittent and unreliable in both room and reception. Found a few loose hairs in bed, bathroom and on 'fresh' towels. Bed comfy but would have been nice to have had a proper double (rather than two singles pushed together with 2 single duvets). Receptionist bit of an enigma. Quite helpful but very abrupt but quite peculiar manner, and at times felt like my (sensible) questions were silly questions.

Great location, very close to all amenities. The hotel room was clean and very warm. The staff at reception were very kind and helpful.

I don't know whether the restaurant in the hotel is part of it, but I didn't like their policy in regards to paying the bill. We travelled as a group of 4 friends and we couldn't split the bill, which is strange. The waiter was very rude. He said it was our problem, if we dont like something we can leave. Also, he was refusing to talk in English. We are guests, we can't learn every time new language when visiting a new country :/ So after one time, we've decided to try Karczmas in the city centre, which didn't disappoint, the food is delicious and there are lots of them. Think about profit vs ego?

The hotel is located in a great place: Gubalowka and Krupowki Street are right next to it. The interior is simple but nice. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Even though there's no fridge or kettle in the room, there's a separate room with the necessary utilities including a microwave. It was very cold in my room, but I was given a heater, so there was almost no discomfort. I had a positive experience overall.

The room looked clean at first glance, but once I moved the curtains and blankets, there was a lot of dust flying around. There was also a lot of dust in the bathroom (which might be due to Poland's air pollution). The shower wasn't cleaned properly - there were someone else's hairs when I moved in.

Comfort Beds , Good Buffet Breakfast, many choices. ...Help full staff friendly used Mangers office for internet / mail as no other in Building ....Very central set in Park / so nice views from Room to Mountain Range. 5 minutes from Lidl !!! supermarket ....so Doughnuts & coffee in Afternoon !!!

Could change sheets more often / make your own bed each Day .....stayed 7 Days. ....but Toilet & Bins cleaned each day.
