New hotel situated in close proximity to the forest. Quiet neighbourhood and clean air. There is a pool table and lovely huge reception area for relaxation with TV. Very responsive support and team at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. It was a bit difficult to communicate with the lady, but she did everything possible to make us feel good and fed. Variety of breakfast choices. Free coffee at the reception - as a coffee lover, I really appreciated that feature. Room size is okay, just enough to feel comfortable. There wasn't any cupboard for clothes, just a small compartment next to the entrance door.

For the price we paid, it would be better if shampoo and shower gel were provided and mounted somewhere next to the shower. Also, some slippers for single use would be nice. The water in the swimming pool was freezing cold, but after I burnt and sweat after so much sun during the day, that was the best experience for me - cold pool for 20 minutes to cool myself down. But, as I mentioned earlier, we loved our stay and would come back for sure. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay magnificent!)

Clean rooms, modern furniture and atmosphere, plenty towels, comfortable and roomy bathroom. Breakfast is excellent over expectation, with more than 10 cheese variants. Location is just 15 minutes walk from Gubalowka and "walking street", no need for car. Have enogh place for parking in backyard.

Wellness is weak and disappointing. One pool is small and water is cold. One small infra sauna cabin only for 2 persons, no separate excersize room. Sorry but wellness does not worth any single cent....

The hotel has a good breakfast, good soundproofing, comfortable beds, 24-hour access to a coffee machine and American billiards. There is no smoking in the hotel and that’s great too

The hotel is located far from the center (15 minutes walk). Cleaned only after contacting the reception. This needs to be remembered. The bathroom has a heated floor, so it’s comfortable and there’s no fungus, but you need to pay a little more attention to the toilet rim

We like everything. Pool, breakfast, staff perfect.

Because it doesn't have a balcony, a bench with a table outside would be ok, and if there was a normal fridge somewhere, the location would be more than perfect. But even so it is a very very good accommodation, with delicious breakfast and very nice staff. We have already been twice, and we will come again.

Super spectacular stay and I must say that it is one of the best property in EU. Loved the hospitality. Super friendly staff 🙏. I felt like being at home. Highly recommended and I will going to make one more visit in a couple of months. Super accessible to all attractions. Taxi is super cheap in Zakopane. Must come if you really want to experience. 🙏🙏🙏😊

A super nice and beautiful hotel! The room was very clean, Pioter at the reception is the best guy in Zakopane, knows everything and every price. The breakfast was fantastic! There is a nice jet pool you can actually swim as pracrice. We loved the place.

No air conditioning, but the weather is okay and there was a fan in the room.

The receptionist staff was amazing and can understand very good English.

Maybe in the breakfast the full ingredients should all be written in English as my wife has an onion intolerance and it was difficult to explain to the staff, although they tried it was only the language barrier. And we would preferred that ir is written clearly that the room won't be cleaned every day.

Lovely breakfast, cooked sausages and egg as required, fresh and hot. Large selection of foods, all very tasty. Me and my partner were both very satisfied. Seating area was small, some people had to wait as all seats were full, however we did not have to wait our whole stay so it’s worth getting down there early. The spa area was really great, never busy, so felt very private and facilities were amazing. The staff were super nice and helpful.

There was works just outside the building, however this could not be helped, lots of noise carried throughout the building, not very good if you wanted to get a good sleep. The walls are very thin so we could hear our next door neighbours a lot, however was not an issue for us as we didn’t spend lots of time there.

Very neat, new and well-equipped little hotel away from the crowd in Zakopane. The service cannot be praised enough. We had a serious problem with our car while being there and the lady at the reception went out of her way to help us, calling many different places and repair workshops until she managed to find one that could actually help us (their service was excellent and they managed to get us back on track within 2 days!). She even provided a package with refreshments when we had to leave earlier than planned to get to Kraków to have the car repaired. She essentially saved our holidays! Thank you so much again! Also, the breakfast is great, wide choice, very tasty, friendly staff preparing scrambled eggs according to your liking. Last but not least, the little indoor pool is the perfect place for relaxation after a long day of walking in the mountains.

Amenities are fantastic. Breakfast is simple , but great, staff are extremely helpful. Pool and gym area are small, but absolutely perfect. It includes counter-current swimming flow.

We could use some board games, but we really loved the pool and our room,. It was great to be able to relax. Hope to be back soon!
