We rented a 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor for 1 week. Very convenient location, close to the train and bus station (buses depart to all tourist destinations), a large park (Rowien Krupowa) and the main street Krupowka. Nearby are the shops Żabka and Biedronka. There is a local transport stop nearby. There is a parking lot. There are always sweets at the reception which is very nice. You can leave your suitcase after check-out atvthe reception desk. The apartment is new, in excellent condition and very clean. Garbage is collected daily and fresh towels are provided if needed. There is a balcony with two chairs and a coffee table. The hosts are very nice, guest-oriented, they responded immediately if we asked for something. We definitely recommend Altara Apartments for a pleasant stay in Zakopane.

About apartament- it was detailed equipped. I felt there like at home. The rooms are good size. The owner of business welcome us with shoot of fruit tincture, she was really helpful.

Parking really limited amount of space, hard to get out. The price was too huge for the apartment without any extras like sauna or jacuzzi.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The location is central yet very peaceful and quiet. The host is amazing in her kindness and her willing to help in every way. She gave us a lot of necessary information, recommendations, and maps of the area. The parking is private and secured.

Let’s start about owner “Teresa” She is super friendly, welcoming and gentle , warm and kind And about the apartment, you couldn’t have such experience in Zakopane more than this place , very clean , very tidy , designed well with modern furniture. The location is not that far from the center ! Actually who cares about the location when he stays in a wonderful place like Altara ! Pay a little more and get the upstairs rooms to enjoy the balcony We will definitely recommend this magical place

Great place to stay. Perfect location, right in the city center with parking space. The hostess was kind, provided all the information of interest and also recommended places to see. The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need. I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is stunning, everything is clean and well equipped. Free parking is also a bonus. We met the owner and she was lovely, even giving us a slice of delicious cake! We only stayed for one night but will definitely come back.

The apartment was super cozy and clean. The best part was the host was so helpful and kind. She gave us a welcome drink, tips on where to go, allowed an early check in, even arranged a small cake for us. Made our stay 10 times better!

Apartment is approx 15min walk from town centre, and 10 min from bus station. It is in a quiet location. We were able to borrow umbrellas from reception on a rainy day. Host very friendly and helpful

We would have liked a bit more information on where to catch buses to the different villages. Not all went from bus station

Room is very good, equipped with everything you need. Room had wonderful balcony. Host is very helpful, gave us very valuable suggestions and recommendations regarding routes, eating places etc.

Nothing there. It is about 15 minute walk from the bus stations and main street, but very manageable even after hiking day😊

The accommodation is clean, nice and has modern facilities. It is within walking distance of the city centre, main attractions and shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
