It’s a relaxing property on a river about a 10 minute walk from the downtown. The restaurant adjacent to the property has traditional Polish food and I highly recommend it. The rooms are not fancy, but they are large and comfortable. Ours had a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was downstairs in a charming little room and there were many options. We enjoyed our stay and were happy we stayed there rather than the downtown which was very busy.

The bathroom only had a bathtub, no shower. It didn’t bother us, but it might some people.

Absolutely loved this pension/b&b. Fabulous room. Really comfy bed. Lots of thoughtful touches such as on landing outside room there was a water dispenser, extra loo rolls, towels, cutlery and dishes for you to help yourself if you needed extra. Wonderful relaxing spa downstairs you can book to use an hour a day, has a hot tub, sauna and loungers. Robes and towels are provided in your room for this (bring sliders)! Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and some hot options to choose from that are cooked to order, everything else buffet style. Lovely friendly host! Exceptional restaurant attached to the villa but closes at 8pm so get there early!

Check in was an ease, we got a lovely room with great mountain view from the balcony. The person that checked us in helped provide details for Morskio Oko hike and this really helped us the next day. This place is also 12mins walk to Zakopane's main street, Krupowki Street and you can dine in the sister restaurant and get 10% discount as a guest of Villa Adamo.

I wish breakfast starts earlier than 8am for people who wants to head out hiking early in the day. We were told milk and muesli isn't a problem but if we want bread and cheese, earliest possibility from 07:30am and we are long gone by then. No option for packed boxed breakfast, would be nice to have! Or just stay here after a hike and not before so you can enjoy the spa facility also!

Amazing villa with beautifully appointed apartments with balconies and a restaurant located in the same building. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and extended it by another night as the facilities and hospitality of the host Pani Anna were amazing. Fabulous breakfast choices, expresso coffee available all day in the dining room. Anna provided us with the map of Zakopane and the mountains and advice, which was very helpful. Highly recommend. Restaurant serves very generous meals 6 days a week, We would love to come back to try more meals there :)

A little bit of walking required (about 800m to the main street in Zakopane, Krupowki ) however the location near a mountain stream in a very quiet location and very family friendly compensates the need for walking

The villa is located in a tranquil location close to Gubalowka Park but also close to city center ( 5-10) min so the perfect choice for us. There is a parking area available. The rooms are large ( apartment like) with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, dressing room and balcony. The owners are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is simply amazing and the spa area is awesome. You can book an hour per day to use the sauna and jacuzzi. They have a restaurant next door ( you have a 10% discount plus complimentary drinks on your first meal) where they have great food. We tried it 2 times ( chicken, veal, moutton) and it was really great. Although breakfast interval was 8-10, when we told the owners we will leave earlier, they set it up at 7:30. One of the best locations I have been to. Thank you for all you do!!

I have stayed at various hotels in my life, but my stay at Villa Adamo was far the best of all. We loved everything about it. It is close to Gubalowka funicular about 5 minutes, the centre is also another 5-10 minutes on foot. The host was very kind and helpful. The villa overflows with aestetics. It is beautiful, every nook and cranny including the spa! Our room was very cozy, comfortable, simply perfect with a nice view. I really recommend the villa for a stay, we will definately come back in the future.

I don’t have the enough words to describe how beautiful this property is! Everything is spot on! Every detail is carefully chosen, with taste and respect for tradition. We slept the best sleep! Bed is big, all the bedding is good quality, the room is comfortable and cozy. Breakfast is a good reason to wake up in the morning! :) Local handmade products, everything was tasty, you can choose sweet or savory, vegan or meat based. The lady of the house is very nice, always attentive to clients. I highly recommend this place!

The villa was beautiful.It was quiet, really spacious and had large balcony .The spa was great and we got an hour every day.The food was perfect and we had freshly made up hot food every morning as well as lovely fresh fruits( fairly unusual in hotels often its tinned!!) Yogurts, cold meats and cheeses etc.Anna was a great hostess!!

Maybe a lack of English guidelines for the area.It was difficult in general in Zacopane to find information on walks, public transport etc.We walked miles looking for the chairlifts!!

This place is adorable, especially for a couple. It is a pretty far walk to the main part of Zakopane, and it was initially tricky to find but once we did, wow, the setting of his hotel is gorgeous. The room had several nice features, such as robes, a couch, balcony, fridge, and large tub. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. We wished we could have taken advantage of the sauna but we ran out of time.

I was bothered by some sort of perfume/air freshener used to clean the room.

- close to the center. - very good coffee and available during the day for free. - friendly staff.

- I booked the room mainly for the view, unfortunately the real view is not what i ve expected when I saw the photos in booking.com - When you set in the balcony, you see only the top of the mountain because the balcony fence is too high. - The bed is small for two. - No stand up shower. It was hard to take a quick shower.
