This was our third visit to this Hotel. We like this place. This time we agree that there are some points to improve - for this see section what we did not like. What we like: 1. Localization in the very center of Zakopane 2. Self checkin with easy instruction to follow 3. Style and finishing of the interior 4. Clean lobby and staircase, clean room in general apart of few point listed in next section 5. High quality of cosmetics in bathroom 6. Good smell in lobby and room 7. Comfortable bed 8. Good furniture We wish future guests a pleasant stay and in general recomnend this place :)

What we did not like this time: 1. There were few white spots/blurs on the yellow couch and pillows on it in the room. See picture attached red circled. Okay, better to not overthink what it was.... maybe a candle..... 2. There were two places on the curtains with some weird big brown spots on them... okay, better to think it was chocolate.... 3. A kettle was broken. Not critical but still... For future when coming for the fourth time it would be nice to see some improvements on items above :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the flexibility of checking in earlier than the standard time. Communication was quick and effortless, which made our experience even smoother. One of the highlights was the amazing spa area—especially the sauna in the basement, which was a perfect way to relax after a long day.

The only small challenge was that there was no elevator, so getting to the third floor few more times after a long day of hiking in the mountains was a bit of an effort. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall great experience.

The best possible location, the whole hotel looks very new, great relaxing and spa zone. Easy check in, nice hotel staff. Parking nearby with discount for hotel guests. We were very happy with our choice. The breakfast is delivered to your room. The range of food is very well. U can choose you want sweet or salty breakie. When u choose the sweet one, you can find cheese and ham, vegie there anyway. Very satisfying.

There is no lift, be ready for that. Would be better if the hotel offers breakfast in some dining room and earlier, the delivery is aroundd 8-8:30, but it was still good though.

Beautiful, well presented, very warm, cosy apartment with hypnotizing deco in the bathroom, specially after few herbata z pradem😆 ( when you decide to stay here, what I highly recommend you will know what I am talking about) Perfect for 2 x tidy girls. The apartment is located in the heart of the famous Krupowki so you are close to everything. We loved it. The main door and the room door are secured with your personal code so you don't have to worry about loosing your keys.

I don't think there was anything to dislike. Maybe only the fact that our stay was too short 😉

The apartments are in a great central location, close to anything and everything you may need. The staff, when contacted, were great, really friendly and extremely helpful. The wellbeing/spa area downstairs is excellent after a long day hiking. The place itself and the rooms are very clean and modern, great value for money!

The only minor setback was that the sauna hadn't been on, on a couple of occasions, but I believe this could possibly be a fellow guest thinking that they had to switch the sauna off after use perhaps. Other than that, the place is amazing value for money.

Almost everything. It was amazing. The only thing that was missing was instructions for heating. Including under floor heating in the fabulous bathroom. Personally, and only because we only speak English fluently, (no polish) we found the tv was complicated. We finally managed to o get an English speaking Chanel. This is definitely NOT a complaint or critisism) merely an observation. The whole place was absolutely beautiful. No receptionist in house but could not have been more helpful

The room is clean and features modern decor with ample storage space. It has a window overlooking Krupówki Street and offers views of the beautiful mountains. Located on the main street, you'll find various shops and restaurants nearby. Although there is no front desk, you can request amenities like towels through the app, and the response is prompt. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and situated in a great location. I would definitely book here again.

No elevator. Getting to 3rd floor with your luggage with no elevator is no joke!

Its super central location is a dream come true for those who crave vibrant city life, with an array of shops, local restaurants, and lively bars just a stone’s throw away. At the same time as it's located a few steps from the shuttle bus stops, it’s your gateway to the great outdoors! After a day of exploration and hiking, retreat to the apartment’s underground relaxation area. It’s the cherry on top providing a tranquil sanctuary to unwind and recharge.

Highly recommend so nothing really to dislike. In an ideal world would love bigger beds, but this is only a personal preference.

In general it was our second stay in this hotel. We were there last year 2022 but we did not leave our feedback on booking. Hotel is located in old renewed 4 storey building at main street Krupowki where are all restaurants with local cuisine and bars in 5-10 minutes walking distance. The building inside looks very nice and original. The building has no lift and this information is given on hotel profile on booking - this is important for those who come with kids or for people with health difficulties. For us it was ok not having lift, good training before going to mountains. We had room #13 at 3rd floor for our both visits in 2022 and 2023. The room was small, but clean and well smell. For one or two people is OK. Bottled water, Cofee and tea kettle were available which was very nice and welcomed after 5hrs traveling time. Staircase equipped with emergency lighting and fire alarm devices, which is very important from safety perspective. Receptionist was kind and helpful. A clear instruction how to get this place and room.

1. We were lucky because the temperature range during our stay in hotel was in between 18-24 degrees C. The room was not equipped with any ventilation (except toilet) or conditioning, which came into feeling of lack of the air in the morning when woke up. Of course you always can open a window, but if there is 30-32C outside it could be tricky and a bit hot :) 2. Shower shampoo hanger was broken. We did not call hotel personell for this issue as we stayed for 3 days only, but this is something needs to be fixed, because the only place where you can put your shampoo is floor :)

The location was fantastic in the middle of everything. We received a lovely continental breakfast every morning and had the luxury of a spa in the basement.

There is no receptionist as the property is managed in a different manner. No issues with this but would have been handy for the small things we needed answered instead of WhatsApp or the booking.com chat.
