-Located near to the train/bus station and the city centre, walking distance. You can also walk to attractions like Gubalowka, Kasprowy Wierch, Dolina Strazyska if you want or take a bus. -Spacious and comfortable room, spotless clean. -Wonderful staff, she allowed early check-in and was very helpful with recommendations of places, time to visit, getting there and what to take note of.

-The only shortcoming is there was a little crack on the toilet seat making it uncomfortable while doing the business. Could not even ask for other rooms because it was fully occupied on that day (based on the conversation between the staff and new visitors). -The corridor was dark, making it feel a bit creepy because it's an old building - built in 1912. Please consider turning on the lights

breakfast - is okay, good. just that maybe can add on like boiled eggs, or some waffles…. for vegetarian/halal itinerary, for the muslims preference… but i do like the vegetables, as it keeps me healthy…😅✌️ location - quite a walking distance from main station, but it was super great and beautiful, endless picturesque !:) i love spending quality time with a cat nearby your hotel! she’s very cute!:) i wonder who’s the owner is, i forgotten to thank them for raising such a wonderful cat!:)

- my hotel room dont have cleaner to clear the rubbish daily.:( so my rubbish keeps piling up inside my room and it causes unhealthy environment. appreciate it if the cleaner can clear the rubbish daily! - dustbin - one only inside my bathroom. maybe can put one more extra dustbin in the main living area, so that i can throw away my rubbish instead of entering into the toilet multiple times hehe! - maybe can create a place whereby we can play with pets as i loved playing with pets in poland. 🥰🫰 if you have a place in mind. but if not, it’s okay!:)

It’s located very near to the centre and bus/train station and the park as well ! The hotel is very well maintained. You can leave your bags before check in and after check out. I think they have a lot of facilities but I didn’t have the chance to ask !

The bed was quite hard and makes creaking sound when you move but I was too tired and slept anyway

A beautiful location close to the ski jumping hill and next to a couple of small grocery stores. The room was tidy and the bed especially comfortable for sleeping well. The room was also ready for me before the earliest check-in time mentioned in the confirmation. This helped me to make it to the Ski Jumping World Cup competition in time.I enjoyed the breakfast, with local dishes available.

The room was quite small and the TV in the room was not working. Although there are excellent opportunities for recycling around the town, there was only a small bin in the bathroom.

Love this place. Such a lovely hotel on all counts. The building is not the prettiest, but inside the decor is nicely done. I have stayed here a few times and each room has had everything I needed, the beds always comfortable. The breakfast is great with an endless supply of well prepared food. It is 5 minutes walk into the centre of town and minutes from the new bus and train stations. The staff are always polite and helpful.

Very good budget price for such central location. 12 min from railway station. Personnel is very friendly! I’ve got a room in historic villa :) Room had a kettle , so I made a tea for myself in the evening. Nice place for families.

Location is close to main bus station, train station, high street and central park. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Price is bang for your buck.

No hotel standard complimentary sachets of coffee, tea, sugar etc... Only 1 pillow per person.

Central to the town for easy access to the sights and sounds of Zakopane, a short walk to the restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking and a straight forward check in. Clean and tidy room and facilities, a pleasant stay

Just excellent value. It's no frills and the room was small but everything was clean and cosy. Was surprised to find the room actually had a balcony with a view. The free breakfast was tasty.

Shower pressure was low, but that's being picky.
