Exceptionally clean, very close to the Zakopane station, simple but decent breakfast included, and staff were AMAZING. Everyone of them was SO kind and friendly, they helped me a lot and I felt so welcomed. 24hr reception is also a plus. They have a spacious elevator, and you can ask for hair dryer at the reception. They keep your luggage after the check-out too. Thank you so much. I'd love to stay here again when I'm in Zakopane again.

A little small bed, but it was comfortable. It would have been nice if they had a little brighter light in the room, but it was nice a big problem. Also, it would've been nice if I could keep the bathroom door open.

This hotel is in a very good location close to everything,restaurants,bus station,train station,grocery... Perfect location!!!!!By the way not to forget to mention that the breakfast was very good.We paid very good price😊and recomended to others❤️

I want to point out 2 things here: First is that a hairdryer in each room is a must here. Second thing and it s more IMPORTANT,the matresses of the room ,i had the room 422 needs to be change.They are not comfortable and you can feel thr springs🤷‍♀️

Good location, near the city centre. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was satisfactory with adequate variety of products.

People in the reception in a hotel with a lot of tourists from different countries should be able to communicate in English at a good level to say the least. However they had difficulty even at providing basic information about directions or some reccomendation of what to do/where to go.

Lots of space, 2 balconies with a facinating view, also the music player became handy, the stuff was very kind and professional and the breakfest simply delicious. The light modes variousity and the whole apartment furniture is a must visit

Not so clean as possible, found dirt umder the bed, very few chanels on the tv with only polish content while being in the European Union is hillarious.

Very close to the railway station, newly renovated interior inside the hotel and also of the rooms. A lots of space in the shower. Cleaniness and the breakfast was rich in meats and vegetables also.

A bit soft matresses in the bed.

The hotel is just across the road from the train and bus station so it is very easy to locate. I found it to be very good value with a surprisingly generous and varied breakfast

Central location next to the train station. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

A stones throw from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the centre. The room was pretty basic, but clean and with TV and kettle. No hairdryer.

It’s in the Centre of Zakopane, shops, flea market is about 15 mins walk. Restaurants are near, and opposite side of the hotel.

The showers are too small.
