We were very pleased with the stay overall experience was great. Cleanliness and facilities in the rooms was great, location is very good, walking distance to Main Street and bus station. All the staff was very welcoming. Our hosts Andrzej and Tomek made our stay more special as we got engaged in Zakopane they have organised romantic dinner in the restaurant Villa Toscana for us. Restaurant we had our breakfast Villa Toscana was superb! The quality of food was amazing. The staff the was very professional. We would like to say a special thank you for Kasia who served us at the breakfast for her big smile at each of our request was done with no effort, and Maks who was our waiter at the dinner.

Andre is an exceptional host and does an amazing job of running this property. We came all the way from Australia and hope to come again. We loved the aesthetic and relaxing vibe of the villas, the attention to detail was amazing. It was also great to have a small kitchen area to prepare some local foods we’d picked up from the market. The sauna and spa area was the highlight for us, and we used this daily. Andre also helped me arrange a massage. Walking distance to town. We even saw Deers from the room! Everything was perfect. Love the location next to the park and 5 mins walk to Krupowki. Villa Toscana is where breakfast is and it is amazing. Best omlette ever. It’s 90 sec walk. So pleased we had smart tv for Netflix. Mainly for us when the 6 yo had gone to bed. We loved sitting outside in our ski gear having a beer whilst the boy played on the snow. Great to have the outside bench. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna but it looked fab. Extremely helpful staff. Coffee machine was a bonus. So much to love.

Only thing we didn’t like was that the sofa wasn’t the comfiest to sit on as it was a sofa bed. And it was so warm when we arrived that we couldn’t sleep due to the heat. A nice thing really as it was -10C outside but felt liked wasted energy to open the window.

Andrew demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and was always available for any question or request, consistently with a smile and extraordinary attention to detail. The room and the facilities were above expectations, very clean and comfortable. Because of Andrew, our stay went from great to perfect. Everything was really nice!❤️ The accommodation has an own parking space which is really great. The room was beautiful and stylish, I really liked the lights. The breakfast was in the nearby restaurant, we could choose anything from the breakfast menu. It was always really tasty and large portion. The massage was very good, and the spa area (jacuzzi and the saunas) was also very good. Thank you so much for making our trip very pleasant ❤️

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful environment. Andre gave very good advice on the walking trail to near the mountain.

Room size was smaller than expectation and room location was not as expected. It's mainly kind of misunderstanding that the website showing all photos of "rooms with terrace" at the same page without distinguish different villa, and at the end we don't know which room would be allocated. Guests should take note of what you see may not be what you get.

We spent an amazing 4days in Zakopane, the Villa’s location is exceptional, in a 5minute walk you can get easily to the city centre and other attractions. The apartment was clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The wellness is open from 16-22, the jacuzzi is outside but it was 38 Celsius, so even in minuses, you can’t get a cold. We were also happy for the parking lot, visited Morskie Oko which is a 20minute drive from the Villa. I would 100% recommend this place.

Great experience. The apartment is close to the city center but not too crowded, which is really nice. One of the best parts is the view; from the apartment, you can see the beautiful Giewont Mountain and Gubałówka, which is absolutely amazing. The staff are incredible, and the spa facilities are top-notch. It's more than just an apartment; it's a whole way of life. This place is a great choice for families looking for a peaceful, scenic place in the city.

Andrzej was very nice. Flexible, easy to reach, accommodating, and gave us great hiking tips. The villa is very new and chic. We were allowed to use the whirlpool by ourselves, and the entire sauna area is very clean. We also had one of the best massages ever! The room was comfortable, clean, and offered a great view of the mountains from the bed. We'd love to come back!

very new beautiful property. loved the sauna after our hikes and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. Location is lovely quiet, yet 5 minutes walking to the center. Nice quality breakfast in the restaurant next door. tService was beyond friendly, while leaving it up to us if we needed anything. Even got some good tips for our next stop in Krakow. When we go back to Zakopane we will stay here again.
