Location was perfect - right in the centre of the city, you can go up to the mountain trails and explore the streets right from the doorstep. I enjoyed the fact that a breakfast was available each morning and staff were all very polite and welcoming. Pricing was very affordable and it's hard to beat when being so close to the hustle and bustle of the city.

Nothing that really stands out but the lack of a convenient wall outlet to charge your phone when on the top bunk wasn't ideal. Honestly that's nitpicking though, and aside from the usual hostel predicaments you face (snoring, 10 people per 1 shower) it was great.

Cleanliness of the bathrooms and the kitchen along with the common spaces were top notch! Furthermore, the breakfast that opens from 06:00 was actually accommodated to guests that would want it earlier, so before 06:00 which was such a bonus! The hostel additionally enforces silence by 23:00 very strictly which was fantastic!

Better outlet options which could benefit both beds in bunk beds as between the two beds, there is only one socket available as the other two are for the lights.

Great place to set of to Tatry mountains. The street itself was for me a bit "noisy weird place" in the afternoon/at night. But the room did not face the street, only a backyard with a pub (low volume of noise, bit of a smoke from a gril, but fine, nothing bad). I really liked the small balcony and the ability to properly open window/door and get fresh air in. Lockers are spacious. A bit of an issue with cleanliness at the start of the stay was sorted out when asked and bathrooms were fine (hostel quality). Great big kitchen, but be careful, opens only at 6:00 which might be a bit late for an early mountain start. Breakfast items provided as advertised. No issue with staff, though the lady who checked me in struggled with English a bit, we were patient with each other and we sorted everything out ;) Best tap water in a long time!

Bed could be a little bit more comfy, but it is a hostel and it was not that bad, just a bit worn out.

At a central location in Zakopane: close to bus stops where frequent transport is available to different parts of the national park, but also there is a Lidl nearby. The hostel is kept very clean and the facilities such as showers, toilets and lockers are in good order. Wifi works well, also in the rooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook yourself. Good breakfast. At first I was hesitant to book, as the hostel is upstairs from a café with music, but after 10:00 PM it is quiet. Staff intervenes if other guests are making noise and ensure it is quiet at night. The experienced staff also speaks good English and is helpful with information on what to do in the area. Very friendly, I felt welcome and at ease.

Many guests (some with odd behavior) on a relatively small space. Quality of instant coffee could be better, but coffee and tea are included in the price. Hope they fix the lock of the entry door downstairs.

Amazing stay right in the heart of Krupówki! The location is unbeatable just steps away from everything in Zakopane! The staff were super kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I really appreciated how clean everything was, from the rooms to the common kitchen. What made this place special was the atmosphere warm, friendly, and relaxed. Great value for the price. I’d definitely come back here and recommend it to friends!

The location was literally in the heart of Krupówki, the breakfast options were vast ( cereal, sandwiches, toast, tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc.) we both really enjoyed it, if it comes to room it was very well cleaned, our window faced the Krupówki and it felt simply magical. It was my first time ever booking a room on booking.com and It was everything I wanted it to be.

Honestly, there was nothing I did not enjoy. My partner visited Poland/my hometown for the first time and they were charmed :)

Location perfect! Nice staff and the beds are very very comfortable. Balcony from kitchen to the main walking street of zakopane :) Met very cool and fun people during my stay!

Breakfast is only white bread, jam, Nutella and cornflakes with only cow milk option. That's all. Could atleast include a peace of ham or cheese or some boiled eggs.. apart from that everything was good.

Excellent location in the middle of the city. Staff was kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable. A simple but adequate breakfast was included.

Our room was on the top floor, so it was warm, though a fan was provided. We know the bathroom was a shared exterior bathroom, but it was down the stairs from our bedroom. Not towels included, but could be rented from the front desk.

It’s a simple place, hearty but nothing fancy. The staff are super helpful and it’s right in the most bustling and happening streets of the city. The property is clean. The bus stops to get all the major hiking points are just five mins away and Gubalowka is just down the street.

I would really suggest to add brown bread instead of white for breakfast. Also I think the dorm beds should have curtains (may be because I am a lil privacy conscious)

Comfortable bed, bedroom and Bathroom cleaned, hot water for the winter, they have keys in their wardrobes, you don't need to bother with lockers. Lights for each bed. A good breakfast and a good space in the kitchen to use if you need.

The socks were not in a good position for the beds on the top, they should correct it and reorganize the position for both guest's use.
