Really enjoyed the spa, and location as-well as the parking is great for guests.

It’s third party apartment, they didn’t supply toilet roll and didn’t clean the apartment for the whole week of our stay.

Spa. Room very bright and warm.

Double bed quite small. Chose different room on the booking but was given another one. Was told to contact booking.com which i did but not heard anything yet. The room I chose on the website was 2 level room and the actual room was 1 level. Which spoit the stay a little bit. That was the only minus. Everything else was perfect. Next time would check immediately with the hotel so won't be disappointed on arrival.

Cozy apartment suitable for a family. Right in the nice center. The photo corresponds to reality. A short distance from the national park.

It was very clean and stylish.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever "slept" on.

Great location, nice apartment complex. Zakopane is a jewell of a resort: mountain streams run alongside the main streets, many restaurants and bars to choose from. Lovely vibe, very clean and traditional feeling, but with lots of updating to keep everything fresh. The apartment complex has a nice sauna and pool, though the jacuzzi is at pool temperature, not really hot. The steam room was not working when we were there. The accommodation is clean, pretty stylish, though a bit pokey. Nice balcony with incredible views of the Tatra mountains. Nice to have a coffee machine, though a bit of a mission to find filter papers. There were no freebies here!

We made a mistake at the point we booked — we thought we were getting a two-bedroomed apartment and got a one-bedroomed one instead. We didn't really clock this until we arrived, but that was mostly our fault. There are options at the point of booking that seem to suggest a larger (5 people) and cheaper apartment is in the offing, but it's really just a smaller apartment with a sofa bed that is supposed to accommodate three people in addition to two in the bedroom. Anyway, our disappointment at finding we had a one-bedroomed apartment coloured our view of the stay, so keep that in mind. Whatever the case, I think it's stretching it a bit to say that this place could accommodate five people. For two of us (large blokes on a mountain hiking break) it was a bit pokey. We flipped a coin to decide who slept where: I got the sofa bed, my friend got the bedroom. I found the sofa bed very uncomfortable: I'm a side-sleeper and it was far too firm and unyielding. The duvet and pillow for the sofa bed had no covers on them and were pretty cheap polyester and uncomfortable. In hindsight, we probably should have asked for some more covers: the owner was pretty responsive over the phone. Key collection was a little complex -- the reception for the VIP apartments is a 5 min drive from where you actually stay. Read the confirmation email carefully. The reception on site is for only some of the apartments in the complex, which made things a bit confusing, and arduous when we managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment. The latter wasn't 100% our fault as the key had fallen off the lanyard we'd been given (which was old and a bit tired). There's no maid service (unlike the other apartments in the complex) and you have to empty bins yourself. For longer stays (we stayed 3 nights) I'm not sure how that would work with towels, etc. But we were ready to move on at the end of our stay.

Not impressed for the price. The accomodation was decent, but nothing special, really. If it wasn't for the swimming pool and the spa area I would be very disappointed.

I booked an apartment for 3 people and the bedding for the sofa-bed has not been changed. I had to do it myself. Also, the man at the reception was rather rude. When we first came I asked him where my room was and he said he didn't know. 🙄 Otherwise everything was fine. Great location and it was great to be able to jump into the pool in the evening after the whole day of walking.

Great views from the room The spa was a added bonus

Had to collect and deliver the keys from a different location about ten minutes drive away When there was a issue getting into the room the reception desk would not help due to it not being their part of the hotel and told me to ring a number The wifi kept dropping out
