Amazing, clean and cosy vibe avoiding the hotel-like feeling. Great location near main area. Small swimming pool and jacuzzi + 2 types of a sauna give allow for a nice relax time between sightseeing. Also little balcony with view on a garden is a great chill spot for a glass of wine.

Not a fault of a hotel but due to area near mountains and trees there's a lot of spiders and small bugs (not in a room)

The staff was awesome, they’re very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and had a beautiful view. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

The spa is open only from 4 til 10pm

The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the city center. Very good breakfast (try out their crepes, you'll not regret it, for sure), clean room, comfy beds. The Spa has 2 saunas, a pool, a sitting area and a jacuzzi. It was very handy after a day spent wandering in the nature. We would highly recommend it!

This hotel is great value for money with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and saunas downstairs. I had a room with a large balcony and a view of the mountain. It was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and they were able to offer me plant based milk and spread and gluten free bread. Hotel is only a short walk from.the centre of zakopane too. A great little find.

The room would benefit from a kettle and cups, cutlery.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The view from the balcony of our room was great - Giewont.

Toilet flush a bit weak, sink drainage was clogged and took a while to drain all the water whenever used and we didn't manage to get a double bed. We got a twin room instead.

Very comfortable beds, super spacious room with balcony, very clean and good ambience. The views and surroundings are very pleasant. The breakfast had lots of options and food was absolutely delicious, and having the Spa was a plus for us. We had a great stay whilst hiking in Zakopane.

Very good hotel in a convenient, central location only a few minutes walk from the main street. Good breakfast buffet in pleasant surroundings. Good spa facilities with a small pool, sauna and jacuzzi. I was pleased to be given an upgrade from a single room to a double with a nice, spacious balcony.

The changing facilities in the spa could be improved. The bedroom would benefit from some redecoration.

We loved the heated floor in the bathroom, so comfy in the cold winter. Great large room, with a sofa, chair and a balcony … all what one needs. Great location, just few minutes walking distance to the Main Street. Breakfast was rich and plenty of options in a very nice restaurant setting. The main highlight was the reception staff - both ladies were extremely nice, helpful , they even ordered a pizza at late night for us from outside. You both make us feel very comfortable and welcomed - thank you for that ❣️We will surely come back again.

There is nothing we didn’t like

It is very close to the city and attractions. The staff is helpful and nice. The room is big and comfortable.

The hot tub was not really hot water for us, but still good opportunity. It would be nice to have a big mirror in the room to see our outfit.

Peaceful and relaxing stay at the hotel. friendly and helpful reception staff within walking distance of shops/cafes/retaurants.

I cannot fault the room, staff or anything about the hotel It took me a few trips to know where to get off the bus for this hotel into town centre
