the location is perfect, breakfast was decent and the view from the room's balcony was something out of a postcard. the staff also were nice and helpful

the hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade since everything is a bit dated however it had all the comforts and there isn't much to complain about

I loved how close it was to the town (literally on the road). The free breakfast in the morning was absolutely lovely. The building itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff were all extremely helpful when needed. The free parking and no use of an underground parking.

The beds for a double room are extremely thin. The room was a tight squeeze for two people. This was the only problem I found sharing a room with my dad. The coffee in the morning was extremely bitter but bareable.

Perfect location, in the city center, a few steps from the main street, but very calm. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Different food and price restaurants are just nearby.

The quality of the mattress was not good. Also would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

The young man who spoke English at the main desk was very helpful to us and went out of his way to answer our questions.

It would have been better if there was air conditioning in the room since it was a hot, humid day. We opened the windows but then some bugs got into the room.

Rooms were comfortable, nice bed and good shower. Right at the start of the pedestrian area made it a great location and parking was a bonus. It was out of season so it appeared that there was only us and another couple onsite so it felt a bit strange. Breakfast was good but no coffee! There was a kettle in the room but nothing else to go with it like cups, tea or coffee but there was a fridge.

Coffee at breakfast would have been good.

The hotel is in the best street, and they helped you with everything you asked.

Everything is fine, but if they can understand and talk more with English language it's better

Great location! The room was simple but very comfortable. Shower with hot water, and the heater was working perfectly.

Great breakfast every morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect if you're interested in trying the amazing restaurants on Krupówki street, and it's within walking distance to Gubałówka, which always provides incredible views.

It would have been amazing to have a kettle in the room so we could have some hot tea after a long day on the slopes! One evening, the staff did make us a pot of tea (which was a life saver!!) but on the other day we arrived back at the hotel too late and reception was already closed.
