The hotel allowed early check-in, which was really convenient. The location is very central, and the breakfast—shared with Bachleda Residence—was excellent. It offers good value for money.

The room was very simple and in need of refurbishment, and the twin beds were quite narrow, but it was clean. Since we came to Zakopane mainly for hiking, we didn’t spend much time in the room, so it suited our needs.

This three-star restaurant has the advantage of being connected to a five-star wellness center as well. It shares its facilities making it a real deal. The Wersal breakfast and its noon meal were exceptional. The breakfast had the widest selection of food and was comparable to a cruise ship and in some ways even better. The room had ample desk space and chairs for two persons, which seems a rarity these days of cutbacks. Balcony provided views of the neighborhood. Parking was in the garage if one chose to use it. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Only negative was that it's a large facility and one checks in on the five-star side and then walks through a maze to get to the three-star side, but a staff member takes your bags and escorts you to your room, so you won't get lost.

There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. We found only one power socket in the room, which was located opposite the bed. I would also suggest adding a waste bin in the room

We asked for rooms with a balcony, close together & Mountain View we got all three, the hotel reception area is very grand the rooms are a bit tired in need of decorating after saying that they were clean spacious we did have a problem with the pillows but when down to reception they gave us two more pillows problems solve, the breakfast was SUPERB, the hotel is outside the main shopping area so ideal for us just a short walk to the main street & funicular railway, BRILLIANT we would definitely stay at the Hotel Wersal

Breakfast selection was amazing! Location was great - not too noisy and yet close to everything. The wellness center is amazing and was kept very clean.

Staff was very helpful in scheduling outside activities and transportation. We had requested additional bedding one evening which was forgotten about. Requested again the next evening after which it was promptly delivered.

The breakfast was excellent. Comfortable beds, very clean hotel and not far from Kropowki street.

The only thing that I did not like were the small (blackout) curtains that did not cover the whole window and so did not have privacy from outside, especially when it got dark outside.

Awesome breakfast. Almost empty spa (we were the first ones at 9 o'clock, perhaps it gets busier later). Cleanliness. Very close to the main road, still quiet. Free play room for the kid.

Parking fee. Everything was luxurious except for the room, which has a classic style.

The hotel is easily accessible from the MDA bus station (1.2 km). The breakfast was phenomenal and very rich. The hotel has an indor swimming pool with a Jacuzi at only 30 PLN per person for 3 hours which we found very cheap and needed after hours od walk in the forest. Our experience was truly unforgettable and we strongly recommend the hotel and will certainly choose it for our next visit to Zakopane.

The rooms were a bit far from the reception and sometimes misleading.

The location was fantastic. Great variety of foods for breakfast and staff was very helpful and friendly.

There were no hair dryers in either of the 3 rooms we booked for a family stay although you can request one at reception. Also there was only tea and no coffee provided in the rooms. Shower was broken and it was not possible to use it unless we held the shower head making it impossible to wash hair.

Very extensive breakfast buffet. Beautiful location that was a short walk from the main street and many restaurants.

No air conditioning in the room, although it is often not needed in this location we were there when it was unusually hot.
