The accommodation was clean and comfortable for a family vacation. I came with my children because there was a flood in our region. The washing machine was very useful, and there were two balconies and a parking space. The apartment was close to the city center. I give the highest rating.

Additional payment of PLN 2 per person per night as tax, although the website states that the price includes all taxes. However, this is a small drawback, the pluses cover the minuses, I give the accommodation the highest rating.

It was well situated, close to the center and to the hiking trails.

It was rather annoying not to have all the details for checking in beforehand. We had to stay in front of the place and figure out how to enter as the internet connection was rather bad making it hard to enter Booking to get the info needed. You get the check in info only when you are in front of the building and call them. Beside that, the dishwasher contained dirty dishes so unsure how cleaned the apartment was before we arrived.

Our apartment was very comfortable. The equipment were OK. We really loved the fireplace. View was wonderfull. It was usefull, that the minimarket was close to apartment. The city centre was close too.

1. The service of breakfast was different. Example: When there were just few guests, the coffee machine was not available, the juices was few. Some food were also not available on weekdays. 2. We were surprise at last day, when we arrive back to our apartement, and the cleaning staffs were already inside before 10:00. In this situation there was uncomfortable to use toilett, or drink a cup of water, before we finally left the apartment. 3. In the kitchen the LED light did not work!

Location is great to the town centre. Parking at the apartments is also really good. Apartments were clean, warm and really well presented. This is our second stay at this place.

Beds were not comfortable this time around. A bit to hard for my liking but that is just personal preference and kitchen area a bit to small compared to the apartments we stayed at last year. Getting the details for how to enter the apartment could of been sent before we arrived. Had to wait 30mins at the gate before we got the details to get in.

The apartman is located only a 5 minutes walk from the center, it is very close. Our room was very clean and spacious, well-equipped, next to the fridge, kettle and we even had an iron. The kitchen is on the ground floor and there's a big living room, a bedroom and a shower on the second level.

The only disadvantage I could say is that the stairs is a bit uncomfortable to climb on, the space there is very tight. But otherwise, the place is used out well.

The location is near town but it is easy to walk to national park. Cute apartment. Use of washing machine. Great view out of bedroom window.

The apartment was really big, clean, nicely designed and equiped. The location was great, the communication with the owener was fast and clear. Location was just ideal. Everything was so perfectly set up with all the codes, instructions that we felt like in Escape room. :-D So we had even fun, but of course we understood the point and instructions were clear. We recommend this accommodation.

Very nice building, great location with walking distance to many activities, food and shopping. Onsite parking was a big plus as everywhere in the area is paid parking.

Only hand and dish soap was provided. Would be nice to provide body wash and shampoo.

electric hob not the newest one, (I am big fan of induction), cleaning can be a difficult when spillage happen fireplace without any logs and kindling

Very cosy place, warm and really close to all amenities and main street Krupowka. Secured parking. We rented apartment on top floor so was quiet even building next to busy road. Easy entry, keys was left in keybox and all instructions sent via sms.
