Everything was great. Spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen and whole apartment. Nice views. Calm neighborhood. We stayed here 2 years ago as well. As we understand, there may be new owners for hotel now. But we had great experience. You can see, that apartment isn`t as fresh as it was, there is some loose door-handle, some small cosmetic damage, but nothing serious. Just keep in mind, that parking is for extra cost and spa zone (saunas, jacuzzi) is for extra cost. But we knew it and total price was still good.

Nothing really, our experience was good. Just maybe property needs some love and attention from owners, before it wears off.

Very nice apartment, spacious and all necessarily was there. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with the SPA access (that was included in the price), because the host we met did not speak English. And if I understood correctly, the jacuzzi in the spa was not working at all. So I was disappointed since I purposely booked accommodation with SPA and pool.

View from terrace is great :-). Electronic home controll.. it is a good game! Organisation, garage, structure of apartment, style of lighting in apartment. Supply with pillows, bathrobes, etc., a fine and relaxing scent of soap, shower gel. It is located 10-15 minutes from the main walking area, that is really healthy after a good traditional local meal. We did not try the breakfast, certainly good as the accomodation. Rather we spent money for wellness :-) Sauna and relax sofas are great, wellness atmosphere is great. 34 degree celsius jacuzzi pool is refreshing after sauna :-) Lights and bubbles are OK...

Toilet and shower in the same room. Washbasin base was a sewing-machine basement with iron legs. The weakest point was the corner of shower cabine and this machine basement iron leg, that was really painfull when it was kicked accidentally. By almost all family members :-) Interesting design, but a bit dangerous. Kitchen-gloves would have been useful to handle oven pan after baking (when it is hot). These are small but practical considerations :-) 34 degree in jacuzzi was not liked by my wife :-). She prefers warmer water for real relax :-). I know it is more expensive as consumes more electricity..., and Green Deer wants to be a green place,

The property was clean, well organized and well maintained. The host was on site and accommodating, with recommendations for the local attractions and eateries. The property had washer and appliances. The breakfast was great.

The heat was set way to high and I was unable to adjust the temperature.

The stay at the hotel was beyond praise! Apartment 12 looks absolutely stunning, with luxurious mountain views from both balconies. I especially loved the kitchen – it’s fully equipped with both appliances and tableware. The interior is stylish and minimalist, with high-quality materials, making it a true pleasure to stay in. My friends and I traveled as a group of three, and there was plenty of space. We visited the SPA twice – both saunas were excellent, the interior was pleasant, and booking a visit was easy. I definitely recommend it!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Green Deer Premium. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this accommodation was special. It checked all our boxes: a convenient and quiet location, very modern and comfortable rooms, ample parking, access to a luxurious spa, and wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home. The design of the hotel is a story in itself. Each room is decorated in its own unique style, incorporating modern natural elements that create a serene and stylish ambiance. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the tasteful artwork on the walls to the carefully chosen furnishings that blend comfort and elegance seamlessly. Our room was equipped with every appliance we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. We had a dishwasher, TV, washing machine, and coffee maker at our disposal, which made our daily routines effortless and allowed us to relax and unwind fully.

Stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean apartment with a lovely view. A calm and quiet location, yet conveniently close to the city center, supermarkets, and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pillows are nice (as for me), and the breakfast is tasty. You can also book a private spa directly from your room using the installed system (additional fee applies). Spa is also very nice and clean - jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, it was right decision to use it after hiking day. The owners are super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was truly a pleasure to stay here, and we will definitely return.

The property is located with great views of the mountains, spacious and great in style to match the mountain atmosphere, we travelled with our dog and there were no charges for this, underground parking slot for extra charge is also available

The photo on the booking of the property was a bit confusing, because there was drawn something like a swimming pool, but in fact there was only a jacuzzi, for an additional fee, of course. There was also a not very pleasant neighbor who was drinking and disturbed us outside with the grill, also from the minuses we can single out noisy neighbors with children from the very morning at 7 o'clock

Wow. Just wow. We stayed at Apartment 9 and the views were simply breathtaking. They were even better in person than the pictures suggested! Piotr was an incredible host, both informative and responsive whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was super clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend booking a slot for the jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. It’s such a reasonable price for a 1 hour slot where you are in complete isolation and after a day of scaling Morskie Oko this was the perfect way to relax.

The apartment was nice, fully equipped and similar to the photos.

I prefer check-in without arrangement of meeting on certain hour, e.g. key box or code. Despite this, the landlord was very kind to change the time of our meeting to fill our needs. The wellness was very nice, but the sauna has only 70 C, there are no towels, slippers and sauna sheets in wellness, and the floor is very slippery, so you have to be cautious.
