The hotel is in very nice, quiet location, very close to the entrance of the National Park. Very good, expansive breakfast, helpful staff, daily cleaning. Used the spa facilities with additional fees (massages, private whirlpool, etc) and we liked it. The size of the room is above average, plenty of space.

It is a quite large hotel, catering mainly to families with kids, so for us, an older couple, it was not a very good fit. The pool, the hot tub and saunas very always Very busy and noisy. Not the hotel's fault, we just didn't realized it will be so crowded with kids. The parking is overpriced.

The location is approx a 12-minute walk to the town's main street. We didn't hire a car. However we managed very well. The hotel is a bit old, probably late 70s & early 80s. But that's ok as otherwise it is well equipped. The Internet connection is strong, too. Although we didn't make use of them, there's a spa, kids' play room & an indoor pool. There's also a glass lift that overlooks a lovely garden with a fountain & upstairs there's a panoramic view. We went to Zakopane for the first time, just sightseeing. Although we didn't go skiing, the hotel is situated close to skiing areas. Just down the road from the hotel, there are bars, restaurants, shops & convenience stores. The room was spacious for 3 people. We were on the first floor. There was a terrace overlooking the car park, with the mountains in the distant background. The room's very cosy, had tea making facilities, and a practical bathroom with shower gel bottles fixed in the shower cubicle. There were also bathrobes in the wardrobe to use for the spa. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The place is very clean. The reception area is very large & welcoming. What is the best thing about the hotel? Without a doubt its their breakfast! It was so varied & catered for everyone, including vegan & lactose items. It's a buffet breakfast. The breakfast area is large & overlooks mountains & a small forest. We were there during New Year & the hotel was lovely decorated with Christmas decorations & lights. Highly recommended!

The double bed was quite small. We asked for another duvet, which we got.

This hotel is not for couples rather for family with the kids. Pool getting crowded in a short time and it's full of noisy kids going down the slide right next to the jacuzzi.

This is the perfect spot for a family getaway. The kids' club kept our little ones entertained throughout the day, while we enjoyed the amazing facilities. The bowling alley downstairs was a hit, and the rooftop restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Tatra Mountains, making for a memorable dining experience. The huge swimming pool, complete with a waterslide, was a favorite for both kids and adults. There's also a well-equipped gym, an arcade for the kids, pool tables, darts, racquetball courts, and more. The range of activities makes it the ultimate place to stay in Zakopane. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was first class . So much choice everything you could possibly want . A very comfortable room After we changed. In the first instance we were given a room surrounded by families with small children, I did not realise it was the school holidays in Poland. But they changed our room as soon as I asked. I think when you book with booking . Com you always get the worst rooms. However I had to book with booking. Com because of the good cancellations policy . I tried to book on the hotel website initially but couldn’t understand there cancellations policy. I have never had a problem with booking. Com it always works.

It could of have had a more prominent lively bar A dull reception area for such a good hotel.

Very good location and view from room window and roof terrace. There is something to do in the hotel - available pool, spa, various games, children's room with animators and events. Receptionists and the bartender from lobby bar are kind and have good English. Breakfast are very delicious and had a large selection of food.

Some other staff had poor English. Dinner at 1st floor restaurant had a smaller choice of food than breakfast, but price x2 higher. I think catering and spa procedures are overpriced.

Great mountain views for rooms with respective selection level. Room very spacious with a small balcony to enjoy the views. Decent, typical breakfast.

Very bad pillows in the room. Typical breakfast, only could benefit from some bacon. Although located right next to the mountain area, the most convenient entry to the hiking trails located around 30min walk away.

Amazing breakfast with many high-quality options. Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds. Saunas, jacuzzi, and the pool. Location!!! Loads of activities for kids.

I really don't understand why the gym is open from 9:00 a.m. It's not staffed; it could be open 24/7 or at least from 7:00 a.m. Also, no conditioner.

the hotel is very clean and nice, the staff was very nice. The choice for breakfast is excellent, dinner was disappointing, also the restaurant on the top floor. The facilities of the hotel and the rooms are great, also the spa, board games, swimming pool, we enjoyed our stay with the kids, although there was not much snow.

pillows - only one rather uncomfortable pillow per person. The food at dinner and in the restaurant is not up to 4* standard, this really needs improvement.

Hotel is in beautiful environment,staff is friendly,very helpful,food is delicious,spa is perfect and with long opening hours.

Only one thing: coffee and cappuccino on 4th floor were awful,undrinkable, there were much more better at breakfast from coffee machine. Maybe the coffee maker had a bad day so this does not detract from hotel's merits.
