Very good location near center. Staff is friendly and ready to solve problems. Tasty breakfast

I was staying with two kids and a room was given in second floor just above the hotel entrance and smoking area. Cigarete smokes were coming directly into our room so it was not possible to open the window. Room has no air conditioning. Due to very good trained staff we were able to relocate into another room.

Because of other reviews we didn’t have huge expectations, but it was actually super cool in proportion with the price. Pool was ok, not to swim but to relax after hiking, we also used the jacuzzi and it was perfect after a long day. Good location, functional. We really like the fact that were activities organised by the hotel for free, such as lectures, concerts and stand ups. We even got beverages and food for free in one of those events!! The staff was nice. Especially in the restaurant they were smiling and being nice.

No fridge, and maybe recommendation for the breakfast is more sweet and veggie options.

Good location. Big common balcony on a floor. We could see all town and all New Year fireworks from it. 3 minetus walk from hotel to Zakopane central street Krupovka. Only 3 km from hotel to Tatransky park entrance (Kuznice) and 2 km to Gubalowka funicular. Small swimming pool and sauna (it was nice to visit it after day in the mountains).

A bit old fashioned building, but it was clean, renovated, so it was not uncomfortable for us.

It is like 15th staying here, never disappointed. Super affordable, close to center, kind staff, closed parking lot with cam, 24/7 open. Best breakfast ever. Just ask for a snow showel in the winter mornings (:

As all accomodations, some maintenance would constantly help, but not a great deal.

the lobby and the bartender attention was amazing, very welcoming and helpful to provide options in the bar. the parking was also very helpful, reserved with anticipation but useful as in this area is hard to find a parking spot. room was decent and clean, great price for a room with two beds.

Excellent hotel. Nice view from the balcony. Excellent conditions. Great staff. There is a sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The very center of the city, everything is close. After check-out, you can leave things in case you are not ready to leave yet and want to take a walk in Zakopane. I think there is everything you need here and when traveling to Zakopane I will stay in this hotel

The Wi-Fi really needs to get improved. I come from a tech background, one can not be sure if the wifi has some firewalls and protection. Needs improvement with room checkin or other security measures. Other than that i feel the hotel, food, staff are excellent and indeed a great place to stay and explore the city of zakopane

Excellent location, very close to the city center. Big, family friendly hotel.

The bed was aligned in line with door-window direction, and it was prepared from a sofa.

The hotel is admittedly dated but it is quite charming, very clean and everything works. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, and there is a decently equipped gym and great sauna also onsite. For a budget friendly option we couldn’t be happier and decided to extend our stay here :)

Some features outdated but didn’t bother us much

Location very good , close to centre. Hotel has table tennis, child play area, pool, hot tub, snooker, all good and free. Nice breakfast.

Rooms are very small with short of luggage space. Parking in front of hotel needs to be booked in advance and paid.
