Overall it is a decent budget hotel with friendly English-speaking personnel. I have stayed in similar hotels at tourist hotspots throughout Europe and basically everywhere you'll get the same standard (even in Switzerland), so you should have adequate hopes. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a big bathroom with a shower stall where I could actually turn around. It also had a big mirror. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable enough. You have to bring your own toiletries though (there is only hand soap in the bathroom). I am very pleased with the location - pleasant green street lined with tall trees, a beautiful small park is also nearby and some walking trails are not far at all. Also it is close to Krupówki, if you wish to go there. As I have some comparisions, I would say that the nights here were actually quiet. Only during weekend there were some very loud (and probably drunk) guests and also more noise from the street.

Only some small things: The carbage bin inside the room would be convenient. When you book the room via Booking.com, you are shown the information that the booking price already includes ALL the fees and taxes. As that is not completely true, you should maybe be more clear about the additional tax. It is not a huge expense, but I'd like to know such things beforehand. Usually it is marked in the description if and how much do you have to pay the city or tourism tax.

The location was very good. The hotel was in walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The desk staff when we arrived was not very pleasant. There was a discrepancy about the price of the room since there were four people for two rooms and not two people for two rooms, even though I alerted the hotel to this situation. I never received a response to my message.

To recharge our phones we used the wall sockets of the television set. Television wall sockets on 1.8 m height. One remaining wall socket was unusable as built into a app. 45 degree wall. Funny. In that respect I felt as on a camping site. Door to the shower made it nearly impossible to get out of the shower. Low cost construction in a tiny bathroom.

Didn't look amazing from outside but was actually nice inside. Large rooms, actually our son had his own room off the main bedroom. Nice bathroom etc.

It was OK! The reception was in the hotel next door but no big deal. Friendly desk staff! No elevator but the stairs were OK. We were only on the 1st floor anyway. Would definately come back!

the hotel is on a perfect location, very close to the city centre. the room was very clean and the view was perfect. we loved the breakfast, which had a lot of different food options for basically every possible diet. the staff was very helpful on every aspect and very much for our comfortable stay.

No individual kettle, coffee, tea etc. First there were large kettles and tea/coffee on each floor. Then only kettle no tea or coffee, then large kettles also turned off. Very grumpy unhelpful female on reception when checking out.

Excellent location. Great to be in walking district of the pedestrianized downtown, especially as this is a very busy tourist town. Staff were fantastic -- welcoming, and went above-and-beyond to help us. Grateful to have hotel parking available (paid).

Would have been handy to have a small fridge in the room.

We are frequenters, always choose Willa Excelsior when we travel to Zakopane. As usual, we were totally satisfied with the accomodation. The best place from location and parking point of view, it is near to Krupówki, but in a silent street. Huge parking space is a big advantage in the city. We will return again! :)

Breakfast was amazing, rich choice of the local special dishes and usual meals, more than usual breakfast, with real coffee in beans. Location is great, 5 minutes from the very central part of the central street. Friendly approach to the guests. My small dog leaved for free,it was nice possibility to travel with him.
