-Location is superb - hotel atmosphere is great - suite have huge windows with view on two sides - there is a great italian restaurant in the same hotel - they have their own parking spot which make it super safe and easy to park the car ( it is payed parking)

- when I arrived I dropped my luggage hoping that someone will deliver it to my room, unfortunately, the lady on the reception said she is alone and i have to take the cart to my room by myself - some of the receptionists are nice and others were rude! On the second day i had to wait for like ten minutes to ask a question about breakfast location while the reception lady was on the phone. When I approached her she got upset for me distracting her phone call although I was quite and polite. - the elevator was not working for the last couple of days , this was a problem for me since i have child trolley and had to fold the trolley and carry my child each time i want to get in or out.

Spacious, well designed and warm rooms. Excellent house keeping and two great restaurants with fast service and delicious cuisines. The breakfast is a feast everyday with a selection of starters and a main course of your choice.

We were on the third floor just below the roof and A couple of times there was a ladder in the hall way u attended which left little space to walk past it. Other than that it was brilliant and I would recommend it!

The room was big, and the shower amazing. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant was very welcoming and professional. The breakfast is a la carte and really good, and while there wasn't any kids option, they were flexible and accommodating. Their Italian restaurant is really good, although a but expensive. I would say that overall we felt welcome and our stay was pleasant

Nothing worth calling out

Excellent from the time we walked through the doors receptionist (paulina) was very helpful and professional in all aspects, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, also for all the other staff members they were all pleasant and attentive in what they were doing. Would I recommend this hotel you bet you'll have to go some to get near the standard of this hotel, will definitely return in the near future.

Nothing to dislike

An excellent, lovely room with a beautiful mountain view, modern interior with a hint of Zakopane-style and a stylish bathroom. The restaurant offers delicious dishes and a fine selection of wine, the service is also very good. I also had an access to dry sauna, which was also great.

As the jacuzzi area is literally visible from people outside, I gave up using it. It would be better if there is a possibility of using screens depending on the guest's wish.

1 minute walk to main tourist street, great restaurant on premises and more within quick walking distance, large well-appointed rooms with lots of natural sunlight.

The hotel is situated at the start of a long straight street, so cars & motorcycles go full throttle after turning onto it. If you are noise sensitive absolutely do not stay on a lower floor facing the road (I live above a major intersection in Bangkok and this was noisier than that).

We arrived just before midnight and although the hotel was locked up, we just rang the bell and a friendly night porter came and let us in and we checked in with him. The location is perfect, just behind the main street. The room was beautiful and had a little balcony which looked out on to the stunning mountains when we woke up the next morning. All the staff were friendly and helped us with bags and getting a taxi to our next location the following day. Breakfast was plentiful and the value for money was superb. We would recommend to anyone thinking of staying here

Very nice hotel with very nice facilities. Beds were comfy and spa was nice. I have some complaints about some staff members, but we felt others went above and beyond.

It would be great if we could do couples massages, but unfortunately only 1 at a time. Some of the staff were really bad at communicating, which left us quite confused at times - a trend I have also spotted in some of the other reviews.

The location is at the center and 2 minutes walking from Krupówki. Parking is available ( with a cost). The property offers two bedrooms apartments which is suitable for families. Breakfast was great. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming.

Not all rooms have air conditioning.

-parking- this is supposed to be a 4-5 star aparthotel, i think that parking should be provided for free and if it is paid, it should be at least sheilded -the size of bed -the american breakfast- very bad choice of flavours. I get that the chef wanted to include acid element but the onions and olives did not go together all.. Also the egg was overdone -if you want to go to the wellness, it is only available for one hour… if you want to do the full sauna ritual (25-30 minutes x3) it is not a sufficient time. I would recommend prolonging the time
