Everything was perfect. Location, room, cleanliness, breakfast. Much better than I expected.

In general I liked everything. It's a very nice and cozy hotel. It's located right in the city center, but on a quiet street, so there is no noise. My room was even bigger and nicer than the one on the photo. The bed was big and comfy, there was also a fridge and an electric kettle in the room. The stuff are very friendly and the breakfast was superb. I was also given breakfast-to-go, as I checked out early in the morning.

Nobody came and cleaned the room during my stay. But it was ok, because if I needed to have my towels changed or resupplies, I turned to the reception :) It was quite cold, as the heater in the room was barely warm at +7C outside. There are stairs at the entrance, so if you have heavy luggage, be ready to carry it :)

Location - 2 minutes from the main street but as other reviewers have said it's very quiet Great price for half board. Breakfast which had very good choices and lunch (3pm - 7pm) was a 3 course set menu and food was very tasty. I didn't give 10/10 as there is no lift and we had to carry very heavy suitcases upstairs.

We were located in the middle of Zakopane so the location was perfect. Good view from the window. The room was large and comfortable.

Breakfast was good but a bit repetitive if you are there for several days. Unfortunately the sauna was closed when we were there.

Breakfast, room and location

We stayed there for 2 nights, when we arrived the room was very clean, however it must be noted that the hotel does not offer daily cleaning service and the room wasn't cleaned on the 2nd day. We asked the reception for a new set of towels and these were provided.

Perfect location in Zakopane walking distance to Krupowki and other spots but in a quiet alley. Rooms were large and clean, staff were really nice while breakfast was quite good. View of the mountains from our room was a big plus! Will definitely return if back in Zakopane!

No ramps or lifts for luggage

After complaining,They immediately provided a Table Fan,Also the Staff was very cooperative in explaining near by places- Specially their Main Chef and Manager at Reception and prepared special breakfast for us as we requested for Vegetarian Meal.

The Room was on Top Floor... where there was so much Heat ~35°c due to Sunlight and there was no fan/AC on the Room so it became difficult to pass time.

The hotel is in a very good location, in the middle of the old town, it's very comfortable. They have a big parking place. We had a very big room, would have been great for even 4 people. The breakfast is varied and really tasty. The view from the room was great.

The coffee was not good. They did not have typical products for people with food allergies. They do not have a jacuzzi, although there is a picture of it on their site, and the sauna costs a lot, too much...

great location, just few steps from the main street, but away from all noise. also close to bus stop, so easy to catch buses to the entrance of hiking trails. room was comfortable, clean. I especially liked the balcony with nice view over Giewont peak. all in all, good value for money.

The location is good, the breakfast was varied and with plenty of choice.

The room was a little bit worn down, OK for spending the night, but nothing more.
