Very cute hotel on Krupowki street. You can walk to the gubalowka furnicular station and buses and taxis to various tourist attractions from Kosciuszki street and the train station. Morski oko bus also stops on krupowki street so don't need to go to the station. Breakfast was adequate. No one at reception after 3 pm. U hv to enter with a code. It's simple to operate. There is full day tea coffee and water ablvailable in their dining room. Very useful. Staff was helpful

There is no lift and lot of stairs so difficult to carry large suitcases up. They kindly gave us a room on the 1st floor

Villa Vita Hotel is one of the most beautiful, elegant and cleanest places I have stayed in all of Europe. The location of the place is more than wonderful, saving time and effort because it is surrounded by all the beautiful tourist attractions, shopping, food and everything. As for me, the interior design of the hotel is more than wonderful and full of warmth and beauty. As for the rooms, they were wonderful and comfortable, and all of that cannot be compared to the beauty of all the hotel staff who are very, very cooperative, and the food is varied and has a wonderful taste. It was really a more than wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

The variety of vegetarian options for breakfast was amazing. The location was great, A/C was working well. Interior was interesting. It was very nice to have a kids playroom across the hallway.

I was a bit unclear where the parking was, in the initial message from the hotel they said there is a (paid public) parking 150m from the hotel but we were not sure which one they meant cause there were several so we spent a while driving around and looking for it.

The location was absolutely fantastic, smack bang in the centre of Zakopane with bars restaurants and cafes at your door step The lady on reception who worked on 11/2/25 went above and beyond for me, as I was a solo traveller who’s phone had broken, she googled phone repair shops nearby and wrote down the address for me. When I returned she got me rice in a bowl to leave my water damaged phone in. She was just really friendly and smiley and I wish her all the happiness in the world 🙂

Food was great. One day they ran out of rolls and one lady went quickly to the store to get some for me. Exceptional. All service staff was very friendly and nice. Room was comfortable and quiet. Location? Couldn't be better.

I do not think there was anything I did not like. If I had to, I would say fix the booking.com description of the hotel. Several pieces are scattered around - for example: parking. It is described in 3 different places with 3 different descriptions, which made a little hiccup that was resolved very quickly (although it needed my input, while it could have been avoided).

The best quarters in Zakopane. The location is unique. Just 3 step and you're on the Krupowki (we don't ski so I don't know, how close is any ski course). If you book, you also have a parking place. The breakfast is more than enough and all-day-long you can drink hot coffee, tea..., because it's available in the "breakfast-place". The staff is very kind.

There is only one thing: the church is just in the neighbor, and the first time of bell is 6 a.m. It wasn't annoying for us but it's something, that you have to know.

Very large and modern rooms. Friendly staff. Even packed breakfast to go on last day as we had to check out early. 24 hour access to tea/coffee & water in restaurant area. Delicious spread for breakfast. Very clean.

No lift. Rooms facing main street slightly noisier, and blackout drapes could be better as street lamps are strong.(Noting l am a very light sleeper). But otherwise, perfect

Comfortable, spacious, airy, soundproof, clean room. Friendly receptionists. Great breakfast with various choices everyday. Hotel right in the heart of Krupowki street in Zakopane with restaurants, taxi stand, bus stop and shops footsteps away. Main station easily reachable on foot (15 minutes) or a taxi ride away. We loved our stay!

The room was big and the beds were comfy. The breakfast had a lot of variety. It was right on the main tourist street and decently quiet in the room. The main bus station was not too far away.

We didn't realise the church bells ring in Poland at 6am everyday.
