The room was very clean and we liked the decoration a lot. It was warm, and we could set the temperature in the room. Although it was in the center, they offered parking, and it wasn't noisy. There was a big variety at breakfast and they could help with gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk.

They couldn't speak English at the reception, only a few words, it was enough for the check in but it would have been difficult if we would have a problem. The extra bed in the room wasn't comfortable for an adult. Breakfast was nice but it was the same every day and the waitresses weren't helpful. One day the coffee machine stopped working (couldn't give espresso) and they didn't want to fix it, just told us to drink something else (also that day the waiters were eating their own breakfast while working or being on their phone, joking around each other, and they didn't clean up the tables, and wipe the floor when somebody spilled the juice).

The property has got a perfect location. Few minutes of walking to the high street. Many restaurants and little shops around. Our room was clean and good size for 3 of us with a balcony. Also they serve a delicious breakfast. Lovely ladies serving at the restaurant. Could be boring if you stay for long but for few days perfect. They also offer free parking spaces which was very good considering the location of the property.

A bit noisy in the evening as the room was located by the busy road so if you get room on the back side of the property it will help. Lack of little drink fridge, iron and ironing board in the room.

Very large and clean room (#7) on second floor for 3 people . 3 spaces for our luggage (very rare!). Good mattress (harder). Very good breakfast. Dinner food good (fish plate and soup). Helpful staff (although they spoke very little English). Towel issue resolved quickly. Safe works with key only. Private parking for us when we were there.

No elevator / lift. 54 steps to get to the lobby and then to the room on second floor.

Don't get fooled by the reception that might need a bit of re-wamp because the rooms of Willa Monte Rosa are really beautiful! The room looked exactly like in the pictures on Booking except that it was bigger than expected, which was a nice surprise! It was also exceptionally clean (and I'm really picky!) The hotel is also located centrally, about 20min walking to the train station and less than 2min walking to the main street of Zakopane.

Very nice location, close to Krupowki, Gubalowka, even Dolina Strazyska can be reached with a 20-min walk and with many restaurants around. Nice, spacious room. Good, generous Polish breakfast. Parking place available.

It would be nice to add freshly prepared eggs to the breakfast options. Also place looks a little bit different vs pictures shown (it is bigger, more mainstream, slightly outdated).

The hotel is located on one of the main streets close to the pedestrian mall and market. The room is a little on the small side with a double bed, dresser, small table and chair. The bathroom is a good size with a medium large shower. We had three breakfasts at the hotel (included in the room price) and the variety was fine. Hot dishes included scrambled eggs, fried sausage and onions, and "hot dog" weiners. Cold dishes include cold cuts, cheeses, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and buns/bread. There is space for parking about 10 cars. Parking is free.

The rooms are a bit on the small side but remain fully functional. There was only two cups provided so, if you want a glass of wine in the evening, you are drinking it out of a coffee mug. Only tea was provided in the room, no coffee.

A good breakfast and good food at the restaurant. There were also lots of pool tables so once you have finished part of your evening you can continue in the hotel. Krupowski Street is literally a few minutes up the road. You can go shopping or eat. The room had 3 beds and was of a comfortable size.

The walls were a bit thin but only when we had late night neighbours.

The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom, hairdryer, towels were clean. Breakfast is good for adults, but I think it would be great to add something like pancakes, waffles and natural yogurt without sugar for those who travel with children.

Very pleasant stuff in restaurant, good location and clean comfortable room. Breakfast was very tasty.

I had issue with car (door were scratched) and administration did nothing to evaluate causer of this, cameras are recording but they kept trying to make excuses. Very unpleasant situation.
