Spacious room and bathroom, located in the heart of Zakopane, 2 mins away from the main street. It is surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as clubs and other interesting places. The breakfast was so tasty and fresh, massive thanks to the lady who did it. I didn't ask her name, but she made everything possible to make us feel home and took really extra care to keep the buffet table always topped up. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee machine and the coffee. As a big coffee lover, this coffee was 3 out of 10 - not drinkable. It will be nice if you change your coffee for a better and tastier one. But as I said, everything was amazing. The lady of the reception was so kind and gave us detailed information about everything. She also let us leave our luggage before the stated check-in time, which really helped us. Thank you, Labelle team, for making our stay and experience unique!)

It was some weird smell in the room, so we kept the window open. Apart from that eth was superb!

Perfect location to going around the the main road through Zacopane, and situated in a back entrance just off the main street making it very quiet too.

The functions of the property were all very good, but the lighting in all the rooms is very somber and needs updating with modern lighting. Also would benefit from a revamp to modern it up a little. Don’t get me wrong, it was all good and perfect for our stay for our 2 night visit, but would be perfect if just freshened up somewhat.. shower excellent space / size but drain was very slow taking water !

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local attractions.

The room was too warm. Unfortunately my daughter and I got back to the hotel after 8pm, where the front desk staff was gone for the night. Although an emergency phone number was provided, I didn't consider the need for a fan to be an emergency, therefore I didn't call to request one.

Villa in the very Centre Zakopane Krupówki, very nice service at the reception, easy access to hotel at night, parking and internet for guests., big room, good size of bathroom. We highly recommend.

Hand washing liquid (or something similar for washing ) in the shower cabin should be at the sink for easy access. 3-in-1 coffee should be replaced with regular coffee

Was an amazing place very close to the center and very friendly staffs you will be greeted every time you enter / leave with great smiles

Everything was honestly amazing one thing I would recommend is adding at least fans in the rooms in case the weather outside wasn’t cold so ppl could have more options

It is located right in the city center, there is parking (not free), clean and quiet rooms, and a helpful receptionist. The rooms are spacious and well heated in winter.

I missed a coffee maker. It was a bit slow on the internet and would disconnect sometimes. (But it's acceptable.)

Everything. Free parking in a gate, clean room. Lot of space in a room. Free wifi.

Some additional fee for change temperature which was not mentioned in booking. But only in cash, I said that I want pay by card or they can take from my booking card and suddenly no additional charges... Soap in bathroom was not refilled it was not enough.

I really appreciate the staff. The recieptionists have done their best to make us feel comfortable, always willing to help. The hotel offers very rich breakfast, the only disadvantage was a small room for the breakfast. As many hotel guests met there at the same time it got a bit crowded. But in general it was really super nice.

The location of hotel is good. There a lot of good restaurants and cafes near the hotel.

It will better to change towels to new ones and put shampoos and toothpaste. Towels were strained and their threads were coming out. I think there should be no parking fee for guests, who stay at hotel.

Situated in the centre, literally 30 seconds from Krupowki. Close to all the shops and restaurant. Room is pretty big, with amazing shower. Easy car park in front of the Hotel, which is a luxury in Zakopane high-season. I would come back here everytime.

Only complain is about the TV. I couldn't make it work in any way. Not an important matter as we only stayed for one night. Breakfast is a bit expensive, so that's why we didn't have it in the Hotel. Ventilation in the bathroom brought a little bit of bad smell at some point, specially with closed door. The rest of the room instead was very scented.
