I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bachleda Resort in Zakopane, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. Every person we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day of our vacation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner of the resort, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and well-maintained. You can tell they take great pride in keeping everything in perfect order. Overall, Bachleda Resort exceeded all our expectations. The combination of friendly staff, delicious food, and pristine surroundings makes it a truly outstanding place to stay in Zakopane. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

Stunning building and very close to town, so clean, the bed was so comfortable I almost didn’t want to get up. The staff were so lovely and helpful and best of all the breakfast was incredible. I’ve stayed In a lot of different hotels and this hotel has got to be one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure in staying in. I can’t recommend it enough

A personal thing for me, the room was a little to warm at times

The location of the Hotel was perfect situated just outside of the town centre it was a quick walk to the centre, but because it was just that bit away you could have the windows open during the night and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely amazing there was something there for everyone and the hotel also got a restaurant which is open all day in case one doesn't fancy a short walk into town, again the menu has a good variety of different dishes to a reasonable prices . Our room was perfect with a beautiful view to the mountains, and spa facilities were nice and relaxing. All in all it was the prefect stay for a few days away.

My family had absolutely exceptional stay at the Bachleda Residence. The room was clean and well prepared for our stay. Very spacious and comfortable, especially bed. We had breakfast included, the food was delicious. We also had ordered room service as we had arrived to the hotel late at night after all day travelling. It was really nice when we found out that the room service is available till midnight and we still could enjoy good meal. Definitely can recommend the restaurant La Prima, you can’t be disappointed. We had use wellness and spa too. Had phenomenal treatment and massages. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Through our stay they were making sure that our time would be truly remarkable.

I do not remember anything what we didn’t like

The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. We also loved the beautiful spa area, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

There were just a couple of minor drawbacks: we would have preferred one large blanket for two instead of the two narrow ones provided, and the pillows weren’t quite to our liking—one was too soft, and the other a bit too firm. Additionally, while the carpet in the room was clean and well-maintained, we generally prefer non-carpeted rooms for hygiene reasons.

I loved the beautiful nature and the peaceful atmosphere of the place. The nature and the view were truly enchanting.

I enjoyed my stay overall, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. The breakfast options were quite limited, and I would have appreciated more variety. It would be great to see a wider selection of choices to cater to different preferences. Additionally, the quality of the breakfast items could be improved, as some of the dishes didn't seem as fresh or well-prepared as I would have liked. Enhancing the breakfast experience with more diverse and higher-quality offerings would definitely make the stay even more enjoyable.

Wonderfull hotel, well equiped withh spacious room and nice views and fabtastic locality.

The wellness is just basic for a 5* hotel, with only 2 saunas, one pool and one jacuzi. Glad we went between 22-24:00 because I cant Imagine how people can fit during peak time. What i absolutely disslike is cameras in wellness changing room is an absolute NO GO!

Superb luxurious hotel! Our room as well as the entire facility was beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated. Everything looked very new. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The breakfast was top notch with a great variety of quality food and drinks. Completely worth the 5 star rating. Great location close to the main strip. We cannot wait to come back again!

There is nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect!

I felt luxurious. I loved having two duvet on the bed, the smell of the room was very clean and pleasant. The breakfast had great variety of food. Coffee from the machine tasted like high-end coffee shop and I consider myself as a coffee snob. Love having a loungers on the balcony to watch the mountain view. They even have shoe shining machine which was greatly used by my husband. Cant wait to go back!!!

The hotel interior is absolutely stunning . The lounge bar has a great atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly. We had a room on 5 th floor with a beautiful views of the mountains.

The water pressure in the shower weren’t the best. ( but it’s a tiny problem, we still loved the hotel) .
