Beautiful historical building. Shared areas such as a library or entrance hall all are very atmospheric. A bed is comfortable and sheets are clean and soft. Bathroom is quite spacious and has a warm floor. Besides that, it has great location: quiet place, but not far from the city centre

In comparison with shared areas (like a stage or library) rooms are small, very basic, and look like a very cheap hostel. The willa has private parking, but it is NOT free for guests. We were charged for 3 days, although we stayed only for 2 nights and left the will just after breakfast.

We are frequenters here, as usual we enjoyed our stay. Location is great, near to Krupówki, but in a silent environment. Staff is very kind and helpful. Room was clean, its size is enough. Breakfast is delicious, we could choose from a wide variety of food. The private parking is a big advantage of the facility.

We always miss 3 things: elevator, air conditioner and a fridge. But we can survive without them :) During our former trips the parking was free of charge, it was a surprise now that we had to pay for it.

Breakfast buffet was perfectly OK. Sufficient in every aspect. Location of the hotel is very convenient, short walking distance from old market square. Convenient access to hotel parking.

We stayed in this hotel in May, but this location is very convenient for the wintertime considering ski facilities located nearby, which we we have seen.

We booked a 3 person room but the room we got had a single sofa bed for the 3rd person, since we where travelling with our older dad this was not as expected (and as in the room pictures) but without any complaint or hesitation they understood and upgraded us for free to a 2 bedroom room. No questions asked. The room was basic but very clean, with thee / coffee maker and a nice bathroom. This in combination with the super breakfast made this a much more pleasant and better deal / stay as expected.

It is a basic bit outdated hotel but that is visible in the booking, for us really nothing we did not like.

The only think I don't like is that it's without lift and I was on the 3 floor so it's tiring going up and down.

I spent a long weekend in Zakopane with a friend, and Willa Carlton was a great place to stay. It is not far from the main street and the bus station. The room had everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, just what we needed before we started hiking. I highly recommend this place, and I'll be staying here again, when I'll return to Zakopane.

Good location, friendly staff. Easy parking. Nice walking buffet with good coffee and tasty breakfast. Clean room and beddings. Balcony with partial mountain view.

A little outdated furniture. Old carpet for example. Mix of old glory and some updated modern style like bathroom. Not enough power outlets next to bed. Electric kettle and tea but no tea cups.

Absolutely fantastic location, very close to the city centre. Beautiful, very colourful and tasty breakfast. Friendly staff.

Additional cost for parking at the arrival, but it is still worth to pay it as they offer parking in private area.

Need to pay for parking and fact that only water/kompot was provided with lunch and dinner. Coffee only provided with breakfast.
