We had a wonderful time at this place. The Ladies working there are amazing. Each of them. They did our laundry, although the establishment does not offer laundry services. We mostly left in the early morning so couldn't have breakfast, but they offered to make sandwiches for us. It was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the package on the mountain. I don't really like cold cuts but I forgot to mention that. Half of the sandwiches had cold cuts and the other half only cheese. They put some apples and veggies as well. Two other days we had breakfast at the accommodation which was fantastic. If you plan to hike, the Palenica Bialczanska parking lot is only half an hour away by car. Seen that many people mentioned that they did not clean the room on a daily basis. Let's be honest. We don't clean our house either on a daily basis. You just have to take care of the cleanliness, not walking with hiking boots on the carpet and so on.

The breakfast was unclear on its ingredients, it said something in Polish but for people that don't speak Polish, it could be good to have a translation specially for people that are vegetarian or allergic and are not sure if something on the breakfast table contains any meat or not.

Great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. We left home early in the morning, so they brought us sandwiches. The room is warm and cozy, quiet surroundings. There is a shop and a central street nearby, which allows you to walk to all the most interesting places. Highly recommended.

Everything was great!

Absolutely outstanding stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The parking availability made everything so convenient, and the beds were perfectly cozy for a restful night. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to start the day right. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zakopane!

If you want to feel like in your home, then this is the place. Located very close to the city center (10 min walk) in a very quiet residential area in the valley, this traditional style hotel is a gem. There is a supermarket (open 5am to 11.30 pm) and a cash machine very close to the hotel (1 min walk). The staff were very polite and helpful. The common areas are decorated throughout with local paintings. The room was big enough and clean. The toilet was as big as a single room in a Travelodge and was very clean. The breakfast was not that detailed, but you can find enough options to fill your stomach.

Everything was perfect, the room that we took for 3 people was absolutely comfortable, clean and spacious. The bed was so nice. About the Breakfast: The best breakfast that I have ever had in Poland. Various choices and a lot of delicious meal options just with one word was Fantastic.

- The hot water was not consistent and in the middle of your bath, the water got cold :( - The wifi could have been better I understand that both these issues were because the place was full. Something for the management to consider upgrading if they have all their rooms full.

The location is ideal, few minute walk from the main attractions. The room has enough space to stay even longer. The breakfast was pretty delicious and varied. The WiFi works well.

After a long day in the mountains, I would prefer a softer bed.
