The hotel was homey. Staff was really kind. There is a pool table which you can play whenever you want free of charge. Breakfast changed day by day and was really good and tasty. You can open windows if you need fresh air, you can use heater ir you are too cold. There is an elevator. The location was great, easy to reach the old town and easy to access the road where the buses go to national park.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is just perfectly located – 10 to 15 minutes from the centre and on the way to the mountains – Kuźnice or Jaszczurówka, around 20-25 minutes. Breakfast was very good. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive.

Hotel is located pretty nicely and close to many attractions. It has a parking for cars with a fee, but it is reasonble. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was awesome.

No hair dryer. It is ok, but surprized me a little, considering the other features of the room. We stayed for two days, nobody came to clean our room in between.

Superb location, great staff, nice room with tall ceiling, spacious shower room, comfy beds, great breakfast.

Furniture is a bit shabby, some needs replacement; no air conditioning; no mosquito nets on windows; only a few rooms have balconies.

Location is very good. 10m-15m walk to the city centre. Staff is very helpful and kind. The room is big, heaters were working properly and it was clean. Big bathroom was a plus! Beds are comfortable and they provide good quality sheets to warm up your body as it gets very very cold during winter. Breakfast had a lot of options and it was excellent.

I missed signs in english specially during the breakfast for the local foods. You have to advise the hotel in advance if you will need a parking slot in case it gets full but i didn't feel it mattered. I got the feeling that if it was busier i wouldn't get a parking slot as i parked wherever i liked and there was no control of the slots but that's just how i felt.

Location was good, room classic style, there is no condition inside. In the room there are ability to prepare coffee and tea.

Parking cost extra. No cleaning service. Reception didnt provide any additional info about city but collected city taxes

Breakfast was good, quite a good selection of food. The staff spoke English.

The door handle to the facility is falling time to time. Someone could secure it.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We didn't book a parking space in advance, but it was not a problem to find one. The room is clean and comfortable with teapot and bottled water as a compliment. Good breakfast.

Our neighbors were a little noisy and acoustic allows us to hear any word. And it was 15 minutes walk to the main street.
