Modern, tastefully furnished and decorated apartment. The cleanliness was immaculate. We received all the necessary information in a message, the self check-in was without any problems. They paid special attention to the interior lighting, they didn't skimp on it. The location is perfect, the immediate surroundings are quiet, the main pedestrian street is just a 10 minutes walk. The apartment's equipment corresponds to the description. Sauna is also available, we didn't try it. Parking is available, either directly next to the building or in the garage. Overall we were very satisfied, it proved to be a good choice.

Very good apartment! The building and the interior looks brand new, everything is super clean, very well organized and the equipment is also superb. Beds are really comfortable, and it is very easy to set the right water temperature in the shower as well. Most of the attractions in Zakopane is in walking distance. Parking is also very well organized, and we could even charge our EV. The staff is wonderfull, whenever we asked for something, they were prompt to reply and help in our needs.

I always try to write something here as a negative, but here nothing important comes to mind. Sometimes the wifi was a bit slow, but it wasn’t really important to us. This place is basically perfect.

Room was very nice, clean cozy and stylish. Everything was pretty new and modern. Well equipted. Building is a newly built, it was fully booked at the time of our stay and still peacefull, we didn`t hear any noise from other rooms or neighborhood. 5 minutes walk to the nearest food shop, 10 min walk to the main street in the city with caffes, souvenir shops, atractions and etc. Nice view from the balcony to the mountains. Would definitely choose the same apartments for our new stay in Zakopane.

The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed! A beautiful kitchen with all the appliances, comfy beds and a big sofa to relax on, i had a question once and the owner answered me immediately which was amazing! The bathroom was clean and had hot water all the time. It was perfect for a big family. It had a huge beautiful balcony. If you are going to zakopane you must stay here!

The only reason i gave it a 9 and not a 10 was because there were no shower shampoos and soaps which we needed a lot since we stayed for a whole week as a family of four. We had to buy from the store and throw them before we got on the plane. But other than that everything was perfect!

Very nice, clean, modern apartment, good location, walking distance to city center and main attractions. Great facilities and attention to detail, such as washing machine tablets and coffee capsules. There is no staff at the place, everything is managed remotely, we only met some cleaning people on departure. Very nice continental breakfast was also delivered to our door every morning.

Only small things: water pressure and no place to put your soap or bathing gel in the shower, we couldn’t find the heating adjustment in the room therefore during the night it was a bit warm. Narrow place in the garage even for smaller cars. It turned out that charging our PHV in the garage is an extra cost, 1.20 PLZ per kWh or 10 PLZ per hour didn’t seem to be a good deal for us, this was a disappointment. The messages by the host were sent in Polish, so we had to use translation. Not a big deal, but might cause difficulties for someone not familiar with smartphones. When it was about the extra cost, it was in English :-) Overall we had a great time, I would recommend the place for everyone.

Was very warm apartament. New renovated.

There was no sheet on a children beds. I suppose to put it by myself. The towel rail was cold and could not be turned on. There was no shower gel or shampoo. The tv is too big compared to the distance from the sofa. After parking in underground garage we there asked to move the car so another vehicle could exit. Difficult to find location. The neighbourhood is so close that you can see that people doing inside other house. There was no day curtains only night curtains.

Very high quality apartment equipped with a washing machine and Nespresso machine. I really liked the fact that free pods for the coffee machine and washing machine were available as well as a couple of other items, so you don't have to go to the supermarket to buy them for a short stay. It doesn't cost much, but is a positive surprise. The furniture and condition of the room is excellent (everything seems to be brand new). It is quite close to the city center, less than 10 minute walk.

There is virtually no landplot around the house, so you cannot sit outdoors

The hotel is lovely and cozy! The room was spotless! The check-in process with a code instead of a key was super convenient. The location was great for me — close to the train station but tucked away in a calm and peaceful area.

My only suggestion would be to add some shampoo and shower gel for the guests.

I liked. Smart house. All facilities that you need there. Close to the main walking street. Will recommend to my friends.

one thing I would like to see shelf and shower gel :) clothes dryer in the bathroom didn't work or i didn't figure it out. Everything else was perfect. I recommend for families

I loved my apartment (number 8) as it was clearly newly refurbished. It had an amazing wet room, tiny but fully functional kitchen, coffee machine with extra pods and a fabulous balcony with a view of the mountains (which is what I requested). The location of Jedlina is approximately 20-minute walk away from the coach station but I went in February when the area was full of snow, so I had to walk slow as it was icy. In warmer weather, fast walkers could easily take 10 mins off that walk. Far enough from the noisy nightlife but not too far away from the restaurants.

The only issue I had was with a yappy dog!! I couldn’t work out where this dog was located, but as I heard it even with the television on, it wasn’t very far. Pets are NOT allowed, so I shouldn't have had to listen to the annoying mutt, but it barked late at night when I was trying to sleep, and it started again early in the morning. This meant I couldn’t get the rest I needed considering I was on holiday and sometimes, a lie in is required.
