The only staff person I met (I saw her all three days) was really friendly and helpful. I don't speak polish and her English was limited, so we communicated via Google translate on our phones. She checked me in early so I could go hiking and gave me recommendations for where to go for the things I wanted to buy. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area is lovely- all wooden, as is the style of the area, and the food options were numerous. Good location too, close to the main street, close to a bus stop for the national park, but on a quieter street away from the noise and traffic.

My room happened to face toward a streetlight. There are heavy curtains to block the light, but they didn't entirely keep the light out. It worked well enough for me, but just an FYI for those that are light sensitive.

The staff member was really nice and tried to help us were needed. The breakfast was really good in the morning with a good variety of food.

There were no cleaners available to clean the rooms during your stay but we found the rooms very clean. Also, the owner did not understand English so there was a bit of a language barrier.

The free parking was a bonus. It was only 5 mins walk to the main street in zakopane. There was a bar at the end of the street and a restaurant. So you didn't have to walk far. Also there was a shop for water and snacks too. It even had a kettle. Which is a bonus for me

The location is great as it’s close to the city center and also hiking trails. We were two in a room for three so for two people it was enough room, for three it wouldn’t be.

We didn’t like that the bathroom was tiny and we got only one towel per person. This should be written so guests bring their own towels. Breakfast was ok but we missed some fruit and biscuits, but overall good food. Coffee machine filters should be cleaned as the coffee didn’t taste good during breakfast.

Even though Ana (I guess that’s her name) couldn’t speak English, she was so welcoming! Used the translator to explain us everything. Such a friendly lady! Nice location overall. Feels like home.

The street to access the hotel is a bit weird and narrow.

Location of hotel was only a short distance walking to the main shopping street. It was great to have car parking on site, could be alittle fiddly to manovure your vehicle. Continental breakfast was fine, varied some of the food daily which was nice. Gave us a stress free morning to not go out looking for somewhere to eat. Staff are friendly and we used Google translate when needed.

In our opinion the double bed mattress was alittle too hard for us and we felt the room was missing a comfy seating area.

Very good location, there is always private parking space for car. Cozy room, a lot of space. Comfortable beds. It is as good as it looks in the photos.

There was no hair dryer, so we had ours.

Excellent location, short walk to centre of town and numerous bars, restaurants and shops on doorstep.

Mattress had seen better days, didn’t offer any support. Walls weren’t very insulated as could hear everything people in neighbouring room did and said.

Great place, perfect location, great view from the windows. We had a loft and it was so cozy! The breakfast was simple but had everything we needed and the girl at the reception was very sweet and polite!
