The staff is very kind. The room is old furnitured but very clean. The breakfast is tasty and delicious. There is a great small play room for children with nice toys. The location is great, the main street is in walking distance.

The bed was terrible. There was two single bed put together, the frame was higher than the mat so the middle of the bed was hard. And the mat was old and used a lot. The small fridge didn't cool the stuff.

The renovated rooms are very nice, big and comfortable. The part of the hotel with direct connection to Spa is much better and comfortable choice. Locaiton near city centre. Good breakfast, nice personal.

The not renovated rooms are in need for renovation - insufficient and dangerous wall sockets, too much light through the windows, not that comfortable beds. The part of the hotel not directly connected to Spa and Reception is in disadvantage - very unpractical to go to breakfast and spa through the outside area all the time.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The water park was absolutely amazing, offering endless fun with its exciting slides and refreshing pools. A fantastic experience overall!

There was very little variety of gluten-free options for breakfast, despite our request in advance. However, the staff made a genuine effort to help by finding alternative options, which we truly appreciated.

Overall very good: great location, clean, comfortable, very good breakfast. I enjoyed time in the terms. Very helpful personnel - thank you.

Minus few points for bad internet in the room (I stayed in the most basic room (read -the cheapest for 1 person) on the ground floor; Wi-Fi signal, as well as mobile phone were very weak). Also no hairdryer in the room. A bit noisy.

The main benefit is free entrance to the aquapark and quiet, fine location. We also liked size of apartment, kitchenette and separated bath and WC. Fine breakfast

Hotel is too old. Everything inside the apartment needs renovation, especially sofa, it's impossible to sleep on it. It was very cold in the bathroom, towel dryer didn't work. Cleaning just took away our garbage and nothing more, even forgot to place a new garbage bag.

Right next to the Zakopane Termy (Hot Springs) with water park with naturally heated waters which was great fun for kids and adults (free for hotel guests). There are smaller rooms with direct access to the indoor water park, but you have to walk across the parking lot to enter the building from the larger rooms, but it was not to bad if the weather is not cold.You can get professional massages of various types as well as physical therapy procedures in spa on the bottom floor of the hotel for around $50 for an hour session. Bowling alley above water park, but you have to enter through a single outside gate opening between hotel and water park ( the water park is much easier to access through the inside of the hotel).

Staff is not always knowledgable about there own hotel and I was sometimes given wrong directions to facilities. Poor to nonexistent English among hotel staff (spa staff knew English). You are supposed to be able as hotel guests to get free towels for the pool from the hotel, but it was such a hastle that I preferres to pay the 5 zlotych $1.25 fee pee towel at the water park. No AC, but mountain area makes the climate cooler.

The mattresses was too soft (worn out?) that the middle went down to shape a cauldron. Uncomfortable to sleep and back pain secured for every morning because of this. The power sockets were hidden (behind furniture, desk, etc), inaccessible. Only one was accessible in the middle of the room. I'd expect at least one, close to each bed.

The hotel is great! A really good balance Cost x Quality. We stayed 9 days to enjoy the ski area and we loved it! Would really come back again. The breakfast has different options everyday and we were always eager to know what would be the day's special. We felt that the rooms were very large and very clean. Parking is free and easy access (just a small portion that was with heavy snow and 4x4 vehicule required). The access to the Aquapark is free for all guests and really makes a difference after a day of ski. Really recommend the stay!

Me only suggestion is that the bathtub has no curtains and the floor gets really wet. You should consider installing some protection. Also, for the window curtains, they require some maintenance to block completely the sun in the mornings.

Breakfast was amazing, nothing to complain about it, service in general was great as well.

There was no AC system in the room, therefore, you need to leave the windows open during summer, which disturbs you during the night due to the location being rather central and you can hear cars, people, etc.

The room was very standard. There was quite a lot of space. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a buffet with not too many options but the food was okay. The location is quite good - within walking distance of the center. I imagine if you have a car it's even more comfortable. The pools are very nice. A good place to relax.
