Very convenient but quiet location, a bus stop nearby, easy to get to trails and city center. Comfortable bed with clean and not suffocating bedding. Warm and smell free, convenient bed lamps at each side of the bed. Constant access to hot water, and a hair dryer in the bathroom.Kettle and dishes are provided in the room, but the kitchen is nicely equipped as well- all dishes, utensils, pots, fridge, microwave, 4-hob electrical stove, sandwich maker and washing machine. There's also a common room with tables, sofa etc. The garden area has some bbq facilities.

The only downside - soundproofing- if U're a light sleeper get yourself some ear plugs as U never know who's moving next to your room - but that's obviously not the property's fault.

The shared kitchen area was nice and we enjoyed the social hang out space for meeting some of the other guests and having some space outside our room to work and hang out. The location is good if you’re up for a bit of a walk into the centre. The rooms are quiet and fairly sound-proofed. It was everything we needed for a few nights in Zakopane!

The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable.

When we arrived, the lady that was cleaning the house (I think she's the owner) was quite rude when we asked if we could check-in. I didn't realise that we were sent check-in instructions through booking.com. so I should have checked but still I don't think she needed to be so rude, It seemed like she didn't want us there, it was only a small problem.

The location was perfect for us, close to the mountains where we hiked. The room was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had good hot water. Kitchenette in the basement was also very clean and had everything you needed.

Checking in was a bit difficult as we checked in around 10pm and did not receive the email with check in instructions. Booking.com is a bit hard to navigate, their website is not very good as we were not able to message the host through it.

The answer to my message was not in English, but I managed. Rooms weren't cleaned during our stay but it was ok for a few days.

Cozy and well maintained this hostel is very good value for little money. We had a room with a small balcony and enjoyed the mountain view. The villa is located not far from the center, but in a very quiet surrounding. You´ll find everything you need in the house. We could use the kitchen on the ground floor, and the shared bathroom was cleaned every day. We would definitly book again.

Clean rooms and bathroom. I couldn't personally meet the host/staff. But they were responsive via calls or messages via booking.com. That was very helpful.

It was perfect! Room is very cozy with the amazing view, everything was clean, host was very kind to us.

Sound isolation was poor

Good location, close to center and mountains. Easy to reach main trails. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Additional fee for the dog 20 PLN, free private parking place. Recommend
