‏They have a receptionist named Anishka. Honestly, she helped us, took our circumstances into consideration, and stood by us during an issue that occurred outside the hotel. She was our sister before being an employee. I hope the hotel management takes into consideration Anishka and sends her a thank you note for her help, standing by us, and taking our circumstances into consideration.

Great location, super friendly and professional staff. We stayed in one of the apartments and it was just stunning! Our dogs were welcome at the hotel which is very important to us. Spacious room, big and comfortable bed and amazing mountain views from the balcony. Plenty of parking available. Cleaning staff very professional and accommodating. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

It was a very pretty and happy accommodation that felt like something out of a fairy tale. I was very impressed by the spacious, warm and well-conditioned rooms, the very friendly reception staff, the restaurant that served the best cuisine, the wonderful swimming pool and sauna, and the Squishy Club that were available as auxiliary facilities. I was given valuable time as a gift. Thank you.

All other services including the staff were perfect. The hotel was suitable for small children. And the play area was excellent.

The coffee machine that is included in the breakfast is terrible. The same coffee machine was in the three-star hotel I stayed in in the last year. Great for a three-star hotel, but not for a five-star hotel. I assume that a better quality coffee-beans would also help. They only served very dark roasted coffee beans for breakfast.The coffee was not good. Paying 90 PLN for parking is quite a lot. I expected a hotel in this price range to have parking included.

The location.was.was great near by resturents . Stores and station . Near by attraction. The Room view was great. The kitchen in the room is small but has all equipped facilities with dish washers and oven Play ground for kids in the hotel .

No concierge. No one to carry luggages. We took them to the room in check-in and checked out for long distance as the apartment was far in the residence . 2. The Internet. The WiFi was very weak. We already spoke to the staff multiple times to fix it, but nothing happened The bed size is small No washing machine No bidet sprayer

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from.

However, there were a few downsides in the wellness area. When we arrived, no one explained how the wellness worked. we were just handed towels without any further information. Considering the size of the hotel, the space dedicated to saunas felt too small, with only two saunas available. Also, some guests did not respect the sauna rules and entered wearing swimsuits, which took away from the proper wellness experience.

Radison zakopane is an excellent hotel, Absolutely everyone treated us well. Our room was spacious and cosy, The mountain view made us feel so lucky. A little hungry in the morning? The breakfast buffet will have plenty to your liking. From pancakes and fruit, to cheese and oats, off to your room you'll float. To the mountains during the day? Worry not, the relaxing spa awaits you on your return, to lay. Jaccuzi or sauna? Why not both, and a little siesta? Or maybe swimming and stretching is your thing? From the huge swimming pool to the functional gym, the options are enticing. But what about sleeping you may wonder? A choice of two pillows await you; to sleep you will surrender. I can safely say right now, That the whole trip was "wow", I'm already looking forward to our next stay, Its impossible to stay away !

location is great, hotel is clean, breakfast is fantastic, facilities were good, swimming pool was not working but they did everything to compensate

wellness was nothing special, plus surcharge for parking is not worthy of a 5 star hotel, rather the cost of room shall include that

We stayed in a spacious 50m² apartment on the top floor, which was immaculate and thoughtfully set up—perfectly suited for our family, including two young children. The large balcony offered stunning views, and the city center was conveniently located less than 1 km away. The hotel facilities, including the pool and restaurant, met the high standards we expect from Radisson Blu. The staff was consistently friendly and spoke English very well.

One drawback, however, was the limited EV charging options; the hotel has only two outdoor charging spots, which were frequently occupied by guests circumventing the parking fee. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider adding EV chargers in the garage, as Zakopane unfortunately lacks sufficient charging infrastructure.

Very nice room in a great location and excellent breakfast. Swimming pool and hot tub were a plus.
