Breakfast very tasty, good variety, bread and rolls, hot and cold meat, eggs, polish salad, cake , jelly and fruits for dessert. Fast working coffee machine. Room was good size and tv with English language news program. Just 3 min walk to shop and restaurant and long enough from busy street and noise. 10 min walk to Krupówki.

It’s near city centre and not so far from cable car and hiking trails. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy.

It’s not very clean when talking about rugs and other things but it is like this because rooms need a renovation. Other thing is that you can hear a lot of sounds coming from other rooms.

From a personal point of view I didn’t enjoy the breakfast selection. However that isn’t a negative comment on the hotel, just that I don’t like cold meat and salad early in the morning. I think maybe a toaster could be added.

Very nice hotel located about a twenty minute walk away from the main shopping area. Room was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was basic, but really nice. Good WiFi connection

Would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but they did provide this service 24 hrs in the reception area. A few more options at breakfast, maybe, but at this price, no serious complaint.

The room was very cozy as well as the whole hotel. Everything was clean and tidy

I didn't like that during checkout I was asked to pay 120zl for my 2 dogs (for 2 nights) and I was not informed before, so it was kind of a surprise. I was also asked to pay the city tax (8zl) in cash preferably, which sounds a bit sketchy, but card was accepted

Excellent value for money. Clean but basic accommodation. Breakfast was basic, but quiet a wide variety of choice. Check out what at 12pm, so not rushed on leaving. There was free parking next to the hotel.

Located a little further away from the centre than we anticipated. Check-in was only at 4pm.

Very good location, main attractions are within walking distance. The rooms could be a little better decorated. There could be a fridge in the room. Breakfast is excellent and varied, maybe a toaster is missing. Friendly helpful staff. Parking is free.

The accommodation was beautiful. Well presented & equipped. The staff were lovely. The hotel was reasonably placed. Although the walk into town was longer than we thought. This hotel try’s to accommodate you in every way possible. I would recommend this hotel.

Perhaps the location, although it wasn’t as far out as some. No tea /coffee facilities in the room. But there is tea & coffee on tap in reception.

Very nice receptionist, so helpful and polite. Great big room, spacious toilet. 10mins walk from train and bus stations. Around 20mins walk from Krupówki. Great value for money

Lack of lift

It was a very modern apartment. The pool was absolutely perfect. Lovely sun beds. The owner replied to any messages very quickly. He was very friendly, helpful and delightful to deal with. They gave us great advice of which beach to visit and restaurant to have lunch at.

Nothing to complain about.
