i had an amazing stay there, thanks a lot to the receptionist guy whose name i dont know unfortunately, he helped me a lot when i had internet issues and was super friendly all the time. but in general, the place is super central, garage is a huge advantage, sauna was amazing after hiking for hours, breakfast rich and delicious (but please serve pancakes more often). Hope to stay there one day again (: Dziękuję

Absolutely amazing place to stay for a little getaway in the best location close to the famous Krupówki and bus stations, and even Carrefour. We enjoyed our stay in a lovely room with a balcony, everything was cleaned and equipped with all the desired tools like hairdryer, clean towels, bath robes etc. There is also a coffee machine in lobby so we could enjoy our coffees whenever we wanted. The breakfast was truly exceptional and every day variety of meals were served. Last, but not least, the spa area was very nice to enjoy after a long day spent outdoors. The staff was incredibly helpful and very kind. We definitely want come back to the same place and to the same room. 🥰

Absolutely brilliant place to stay if you sleep tight at night (: Excellent location close to city center and to Kuznice (where most of the trails start). Large and very clean rooms, kitchenette, spacious shower, terrace and amazing kind service. And there’s two saunas: wet and dry! It’s a must after a hard and long day of mountain hiking! Also they offer a diverse breakfast. The place is carefully curated and cared for, it’s beautiful inside and out.

Some things need closer inspection and repair: kitchenette in the apartment is degrading due to contact with water, it looks unpleasant. In the sauna hall walls are damaged with water and need repairs. The only thing this place truly lacks is a washing machine in apartments, but it can be substituted by the laundromat close by. Also there are only stairs to all of the amenities: breakfast buffet and sauna are downstairs, most of the rooms are upstairs. And the main concern is as it’s by located right on a busy street, it’s hard to fall asleep early and with open windows.

Excellent location with several good restaurants less than 5 min walk away. Main gondola at Kužnice can be reached by walk (40 minutes) or bus (just across the street). Main pedestrian street ca. 10min walk. Mountain trails and the main ski-jump hill 15 min walk. Morski Oko bus stop just across the street. Looks like recently renovated property. Make sure to reserve parking at the property if travelling by car. Only paid parking spots in the vicinity. Very helpful staff. Round the clock coffe machine and water fountain at the reception. Quite lavish breakfsast. Dishes and cutlery available in the room.

Bath (very small) instead of proper shower. Fridge is switched on but does not really work. Bed linen, sheets, pillows and blankets just like in an ordinary hotel - pure synthetics. Sweating like crazy. TV has Polish channels only. Rooms are fairly small.

Perfect. One of the best places we've ever stayed. The room is cozy, the bed is comfy which is crucial! The interior design and furniture is top quality. Modern design mixed with a traditional touch. Breakfast was the best we've ever had!!! Don't miss it! It was special and varied from morning to morning. Immaculately clean rooms, free coffee, tea and water the whole stay. Krupowki is within a short walk. Kuznice bus stop is almost in front of the building. Small shops, Carrefour express within 2-3 minutes of waking distance. Will definitely return.

The Staff where very pleasant & welcoming. The location was superb away from tourusty area but close enough to access everything - hikes & good public transport out on street. We had room 14 which was ground floor & had outdoor seating- table & 2 chairs.

The room was very small & didnt do anything well. To include apartment in description/name iis very misleading. There was a sink- small fridge & a kettle to boil water. A few plates- glasses - cups & cutlery. No bowls or cooking facilities. In Reception there was a coffee machine & microwave. We asked to change rooms & were offered a slightjy bigger room up 3 flights of stairs bit it had less kitchen facilities & no fridge. So we didnt change. Over 4 nights stay we never had our room cleaned but we gad to ask for more towels & toilet paper. There was no information package in the room. The dining table was a small foldup table against the wall below the TV. There where no instructions for the TV.

The accommodation is beautiful. Apartment is spacious, clean, very comfortable and furnished tastefully. View from the balcony is very nice. There is a coffee machine and refillable water available at the reception, room had fridge, watter kettle, instant coffee and tea. The location is very convenient, its located off main street but still quiet. There is parking available on the street or in the garage. Several food options are available within 5 min walking distance.

The only downside was, that soundproofing between the rooms is very poor. We were unlucky to get next door “neighbors” that were extremly loud and woke us up at 6am two days in the room by screaming, stomping and moving the chairs around.

This place is something else. One of the best stays I've ever had. Friendly and helpful staff, amazing interiors, delicious breakfast, huge and comfortable bed, well equipped room, everything was very clean. There was complimentary liquor in the room which was so tasty. Also, you can borrow the vinyls from the reception and play them on a gramophone in your room.Perfect ambience for cosy nights in! The location is great if you want to stay close to Krupówki and hit the trails in the south of Zakopane. The main stations are a bit farther away,around 20-25 min walk but still not too far! I loved this place. I would definitely come back.

I was missing another shelf/rack in the bathroom where I could place my toiletries. Also, I could hear some street noise even though the windows were closed so not sure if everything was ok with them? Also, the TV was positioned in such a way that it wasn't possible to watch it from the bed. But these are not major though!

The building is beautifully restored. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable bed, big bathroom and was quiet. It is very close to Zakopane center (10 minute walk) and had plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. It's a lovely little boutique hotel. Tea, sparkling water and coffee available at all times.

Breakfast was good but basic at times. There were lots of cold chooses but only three hot choices each morning. Coffee wasn't great (but that's to be expected from machine coffee). Wellness was small (one dry sauna and one steam room, no hot tub). Had to ask for towels to be replaced and they only clean the rooms every four days or so unless you ask for it. None of these things made our stay bad and were more surprises than negatives.

Very good location, close to restaurants and shops, also to bus stops to get to the main parks and hike trails. Staff very friendly, house itself is modern and clean, looks a bit more fancy compared to other houses around. Very good vibe, you can book sauna for 1 hour, I was there by myself, which was very nice after long rainy day.

Sometimes we could smell sewage in the corridor between two rooms, also steam sauna had the same smell
