Accommodation was very nice looking and clean. The mattress was comfortable, the bathroom large. There was an arm chair and small table with chairs if needed. One of the employees at the reception was exceptionally nice and gave us some hiking tips. There was also complimentary coffee and filtered water. Overall we felt very comfortable there.

Booking reminds me now that I requested a quiet room. But it was street facing, we could hear traffic easily. Also the door to the neighbours is so close by that when they slam their door it is really loud unfortunately. Also when basic essential small things found in every room are missing from a room, I would recommend not telling the guest that they have to buy it themselves. Rather, suggest you will provide it the next day :)

Good location. Nearby is the main street with many souvenir shops, restaurants and entertainment. Also, there are thermal pools nearby, which can be reached in ~10 minutes. The room had everything you could need. Even a small kitchen with the necessary equipment. Hotel guests can use the saunas in the hotel building free of charge. Coffee, tea and water are free and available 24/7. Also, it is possible to use the hotel's bicycles. The breakfast was very delicious.

Everything was fine. I would love to come back to this hotel again.

Everything was perfect: - staff is like a small family, very attentive and helpful - rooms and premises are super clean - everything is thought through to the little details for your convenience in the room and common facilities - perfect breakfast as for me with good variety of options (I am non-vegetarian) - amazing and free to use SPA facility, I've been mostly alone there off season - central location, easy to get to the different ski slopes / main touristic street

Beautiful house, awesome room. Really clean,l and comfortable. The employees are great. I will definitely get back to Willa Mak in my next trip to Zakopane

The breakfast is too expensive taking account what is offered. I decided to not have breakfast for the other days and went for breakfast in restaurants instead.

I have never been to such a well run, beautiful, clean accommodation. Felt luxurious with an amazing bathroom, coffee machine to use at any time, sauna, steam room. Great value for money, very private and discrete. Better than most hotels because it was just so quiet. Incredibly personable staff. Will definitely come back.

Clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable and our room had a balcony which was nice in the afternoon. Short walking distance to the centrum. The entrance is locked at 10pm thus restricting any late night disturbances.

There is a bit of traffic on the street adjacent to the property but the double glazing certainly helps with that.

Wonderful little hotel - super clean, stylish, every detail is thought-through. Very comfortable beds, spacious areas, great coffee!

The breakfast is only starting at 8am which is mostly too late, knowing that a lot of guests want to hike in Zakopane and usually the hikes start quite early.

The room is beautifully decorated and very clean. The whole place is really lovely and in a very good location. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The guesthouse as such is very quiet however our room was facing the road which meant opening the window or sitting on the terrace was less pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mak. Beautifully designed and sparkling clean villa,  conveniently located in the city center. We've learned from the host that this villa was opened for guests this year, so everything is brand new. The host is very helpful and nice. Highly recommended!
