As I was on holiday over the weekend, I would have loved to have a gym... but was known to me that there is no gym in this hotel, so I knew it in advance.. but with gym and swimming pool, this hotel for me would score perfect one from my side.. But still good, and I am happy to be back sometime.. Breakfast could be a bit better, esp the Monday breakfast was not as good as the Sunday one at the same place..

Breakfast choice was good with many different dishes to try and variety on each day. Breakfast room layout was perfect for the breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. The bedroom was an executive size with lovely balcony. Great space all round.

The room had a kettle but was without sugar, coffee and tea. This would have been a nice touch. We bought coffee and sugar so all was good. Fridge didn't really get cold but maybe it needed a few days to cool down. Otherwise all was excellent

My boyfriend and me were hesitant to choose for sth closer to the central Centre or the hiking trails. Since we wanted to go hiking in Lysa Polana we had to take a bus either way. This hotel was not only surrounded by great restaurants and a fun park, the service was very friendly, our room had a sweet balcony with a view to the mountains, I also preferred the a little more rural area over the very touristic city Centre. We really enjoyed using the hotel’s balcony next to the bar and the proper breakfast!

The plugs for the tv sounded a bit like they could use an exchange, since there was a burning electric sound audible.. not the most modern hotel but it kinda fits the Charme!

Good location, walking distance to the centere of Zakopane as well as not far from Kuznice (starting point for several hiking trails). Delicious breakfast, on the last morning we left before breakfast time and they gave us breakfast boxes.

the street is very active with children's attractions nearby, the noise of the city could be heard quite long in the evening.

Everything was perfect, or better than we expected. The people were kind and helpful in all cases. I was 30 weeks pregnant during our stay and they helped me in everything to feel comfortable. I have food allergy and I noted in advance. They arranged glutenfree bread and diary free (plant based) milk for the breakfast. The meals were fantastic and there was a wide range of selections. The room was beautiful and super clean. I am pretty sure that we will return as family when our baby is born. I highly recommend the hotel for everyone!

Good atmosphere. Just a nice stroll to the main attractions. Nice and quiet with a wonderful restaurant just across the street. Outstanding breakfast.

Only the cold weather that was unexpected.

The entire staff was excellent and very kind. The location is perfect for adventuring to the Tatra Mountains, also the view is beautiful. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained.

Great location, super quiet for a good rest, close to main city (plenty of restaurants) by walk and close to the hiking trails. Beautiful new designed room & bathroom, and spacious balcony with mountain view (in our case). Personal was super nice and helpful. For sure I am coming back next year.

I liked everything. However, I would love to also see some other items for breakfast, like more fruit & some non-lactose option (milk, yogurt). But still, the food was very tasty and they had a nice selection.

The rooms are clean and modern. Really friendly staff. The location is perfect to reach everything by foot. It even has a sauna. Prices doesn’t bite.

That I only stayed for one night.

The property was beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony to the mountains was lovely! It’s a great location because the area is quiet and away from crowds, but still close to the main tourist attractions. Recommend very much!
