The building is nice and our room was spacious and stylish.

The check-in process is incredibly backward. There is an employee on site, but he does not speak a word of English, and when I showed him the website on my phone to confirm that we were in the right place, he just gave me a little smile. You have to call someone else (and good luck if, as in my case, you have an international sim that does not work properly, does not make local calls), not with WhatsApp, and he will come to give you the keys. Only in our case he forgot the keys and we had to wait for someone else. It is beyond me why a company that runs such a fine building would stick to such an amateur system.

The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped. The sauna a d pool were also great. Its a bit of a faff to get the keys, but everyone is really helpful (including the guy on the door contrary to other reports) just need to make sure you call the right number and call ahead. Breakfast was exceptional!!!!

Very centrally located. Gated entrance into designated car-park (one per apartment) with a grounds-keeper on site during the day. The agent had left the keys with the grounds-keeper, which made it easy to get in and get settled - he turned up a little later to do all of the paperwork. Property has a pool that is staffed by a life-guard who was extremely friendly. There is also a Sauna and a 6 C plunge barrel for the cold phase - not many places have a full-immersion cold pool to go with the sauna! Didn't test the English speaking ability of the staff as all of us are fluent Polish speakers, but got the impression that it wouldn't be a major problem... can't really tell though.

We were there for the TVP New Years Eve celebrations, so it was about as peak season as it gets. The traffic in and around Zakopane was HORRIBLE - try to minimise the amount of driving that you will have to do, and try to walk everywhere especially in the middle of the day. If you have to go out of town, try to do it as early as possible.

Very good location, polite owner, you have everything you need to have a good relax after business meetings.

The only thing which spoiled the stay was that my balcony was just in front of the main entrance where the smoking area was made, so I had to keep windows closed and could not enjoy the morning coffee without the cigarette smoke smell... The main smoker was the guy who was watching the territory, but he ignored the request not to smoke under the balcony.... The other thing - air conditioner is needed there. It was not too hot when I was staying, but if temperature would be higher outside, it would be very hot in the room....

Excellent and big swimming pool, good infrared sauna. Big apartment with separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. Location is good - near center and near big park. Parking is also present.

Furniture is a bit old. No coffee machine in the apartment.

Easy to find, comfortable room with good kitchen equipment.

Sauna was infrared and only open for limited hours in the evening, when swimming space was also used by lots of families. Couldn't use the sauna past 9pm.

We booked apartment no.17; very nice, clean and large, also well equipped. Short walk from the main street. Had a great time, all staff was friendly and chatty ;)

Only a small negative was the poor wifi… but everybody has data these days anyway.

Everything! Room specious, decorated nicely, equipped very well. Overall very nice place to stay. Location fantastic. Shops, restaurants in a walking distance very convenient. Indoor pool and sauna very convenient and the lifeguard really chatty and nice.

Actually I like everything only the doormen could be nicer sometimes.

Nice and clean, with a decent swimming pool and a sauna, spacious apartments with all the necessary utensils at the kitchen, good location. Perfect shower - temperature and pressure. Parking on the territory.

Room 7 has a bed with borders, if you are tall it becomes an issue.

The breakfasts were provided by catering, very poor, nobody of us ate them but it wasnt possible to cancel. Water pool working hours are from 4pm to 9 pm. It's probably ok for Winter skiing period but absolutely inconvenient for the summer. I'd prefer to swim in the morning since we would go out in evenings. The staff in the pool behaved as if it were some school pool with naughty kids : don't go here, you should do this, you cannot sit like this, take your towel, get back to the shower...quite inadequate for the hotel pool.
