We stayed here for 2 nights and the room was very nice. We had a swimming pool, sauna. This is a good place to rent when traveling here. The service and staff were very friendly they solved the problem quickly. For those who are wondering, the room here is fully equipped and has air conditioning in the rooms on the 3rd floor. I recommend you to come here and enjoy your vacation.

Very stylish, clean apartment and amazing jaccuzzi. Close to the attractions like mini-zoo, mouse house, local store and walking distance to the main street Krupowki. Parking and breakfast to bed included in the price. Two large balconies.

Narrow parking places and not clear where is the reception situated as it is not part of the property, but opposite.

Even though toilet paper was listed as an included amenity, we were told that we had to purchase toilet paper rolls from the store. We had 4 adults in our room for four days. The 2-3 rolls initially provided would not last the whole time. Very disappointing that we were told to buy it from the store when it’s listed as an included amenity.

Everything Location, jacuzzi, check in and check out , apartment decoration and clean Just I want to give some comments: 1-Instructions notes stick next to machines like dishwasher and stove would be helpful 2- if the apartment supplied with washing machine, disposal dental kit and slippers it would be great 3- add small 🗑️ trash can in the hall and rooms would be great apartment decoration and cleaning

I loved how relaxed the accommodation was. We could use the hot tub when we wanted. The decor was so lovely. Easy distance to centre

It was a shame that there was no oven. We bought a few bits from the shop that we couldn't cook. Also the sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable. And the distance from the bus station but that can't be helped

Close to the Main Street where all your shopping is available. Good wifi and a free parking place in the garage underneath. The large spa was very hot and nice.

Top room was very warm and the AC was at the other side of the building, but it did cool down eventually. There is a sauna with the spa outside, but it was too cold and seems like it would take all day to heat up (they don’t leave it turned on).

The property was very clean and cosy. I enjoyed the view at the mountains.

The mattress on bed was the only downfall. You could feel the springs and it was uncomfortable causing back pain. I asked the girls for extra duvets which were provided with no issues. Also some noisy guests arrived towards the weekend, but somebody called the police and that sorted them out nicely.

Stylish, modern & spacey property - loved everything from design to location! The heated pool & sauna were so cozy and so much fun. All facilities were very clean, new and looked after. It was a perfect place to stay, highly recommend!

Location was awesome. Hot tub and sauna was awesome To come home to after a long day of hiking.

We were missing the slippers, we were offered to buy it on reception, I think that the SPA hotel should provide the slippers (especially this property was not a cheap one) The breakfast was not very great, it was fresh, but not too tasty and with no option to choose what you want, not suitable for vegans, next time we would better go eat out The sauna and the pool were pretty small, so if there is another room using it at the moment, it’s impossible to share it
