The breakfast and location were fantastic. Short walk to some trails as well as the spa, shops, Main Street etc.

The pillows and Mattress were uncomfortable and the shower head could do with a higher “holder” but this latter is a minor point. Perhaps they can just put a mattress topper and have better pillows and I would give it a 10/10 for value and location!

There was a very tasty breakfast, good location, cozy room, the room had all the necessary amenities.

The room was cold, perhaps due to the season. Unfortunately, we were unlucky and other guests made noise in the recreation area until 2 am, which greatly disturbed our rest.

Amazing hotel, close to the city center. There is parking so we could leave our car and enjoy the e city by foot! The breakfast was UNREAL! I would definitely recommend this hotel. We could also checkin before our time.

The shower was a little small and not high enough for tall people

Clean rooms with more towels, nice view on the mountains, the breakfast was enough and various, the parking place was next to the building, it was spacious and closed. We could easily reach the city center by foot in some minutes, there were many shops in the street very close by.

The mattresses were too soft for me so it was a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was wonderful. Liked the hotel architecture. Room was spacious for one guy. Hotel is walkable - 5 minutes from any of the nearby bus stops. 10 minutes to the nearest restaurants, groceries... They had hot water kettle.

Bed was too soft. And would be nice to get breakfast little bit earlier. When you go to mountains before 7, breafast from 8 bit too late....

The location was in the center of everithink. The staff was very helpfull The room was big. Good breakfast

Some of the bed mattresses were rather old and the bed mattress springs were sticking out and disturbing my sleep.

Very clean and quiet place. Breakfast is freshly prepared and simply super, with mainly traditional local foods and fresh vegetables and fruits! The location is very good, close to the main tourist street, restaurants, drug stores, and tourist offices. Entrances of the National Park are within walking distance. The parking lot is free. The staff is helpful and kind.

No shelves in the bathroom. No light in the bathroom above the mirror.

Perfect location to explore Zakopane and Tetra Mountains. Within 20 minutes drive you are at one of the many thermal baths.

The beds could be better and were not too comfortable, but still okay.

Good location close to city centre, parking next to house. Greate breakfast service.

The double bed was a bit smaller. Something like 3/4 of standard one.
