Very good location on a stunning street full of lovely old villas. You're approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Krupowki, 5-7 minutes from the bus & train station and a 20 minute walk from the ski jumps. There is a small shop and a supermarket 2-3 minutes up the hill. The villa isn't directly on the main road, it's set back a bit and you don't hear any traffic noise so it is very peaceful and quiet there. We stayed in apartment no. 6 which was very tastefully decorated. It has 2 balconies, a comfy double bed and armchair which can be made into a single bed. The bathroom was also well decorated and functional with a good shower and plenty of room for our toiletries. There were plenty of parking spaces at the back of the villa which we didn't use as we arrived by train.

The walls between individual apartments are very thin and we could hear our next door neighbours watching telly, talking loudly and getting frisky... There were other guests in the apartment above ours and we could hear their footsteps very loudly which was disturbing and stressful for us. The kitchen lacked tea towels and there was nothing we could wipe or dry the surfaces with. We also missed big mugs to make tea in as the ones provided were tiny. The wardrobe under the slanted ceiling wasn't functional at all, it was difficult to open the doors and an awkward space to get to, so we ended up living out of our suitcases for a few days as couldn't unpack comfortably. There was no bedside table one side of the bed, as the space was taken up by the armchair/sofa bed which we didn't need.

Easy to find, convenient for bus/train station. Surrounded by peaceful woodland with glimpses of the Tatras through the trees. Dual aspect balcony. Modern decor with high spec bathroom and kitchenette.

Would have liked a stainer/ colander and a French press for making coffee. Most of the stay was quiet and peaceful until a large family booked into the apartment above and below and we were disturbed to a certain extent by their movement between rooms and noise on the stairs. Extra sound proofing would be of benefit.

The cabin is beautiful on the inside and really comfortable. Being able to look out from the balcony to see the snow was amazing.

The display cushions and throw rugs weren’t washed properly but that wasn’t an issue, I just removed them entirely for the trip. Most taxis and just eat drivers also don’t know where the accommodation is so I would recommend to order to the street across.

It's a nice building with well designed rooms in a great location. You can reach all key points from Zakopane easily but it's still secluded in a woody backyard close to a river. The manager always answered quickly and was very helpful. Overall a great experience!

Unfortunately the mattresses were not so comfy for us, but we could turn the couch into a bed and sleep well there.

Everything! The location was amazing right in the middle of everything. The place itself doesn’t even do justice on photos, we had the pleasure of it snowing and it felt so Christmassy and warm. The host was very accommodating as we arrived early and they let us straight into the room. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, they are warm, beds comfy, the bath is unbelievable to relax. Overall we loved it and were very sad to leave to go back to Krakow.

Leaving local tax in cash is an additional headache for tourists with Revolut because the ATMs charge a lot. Not all lights were working (LED) but it's small issue.

Only criticism would be that the apartment felt a little small for 3 people and there wasn’t quite enough storage space but this was minor for us.

Whatever I say is not enough! Wonderful location, beautiful apartment with great aesthetics. You fall asleep to the sound of the river, and your soul finds peace! We will definitely return!

All fine, cozy apartament, good value for a money, center is very close. Just recommend to replace the hairdryer.

Lovely decor, so cosy, warm and inviting! 10-15mims walk to main street. Great communication with host, easy check in and out. It had everything we needed in a lovely quiet area.
