All the staff made us felt very welcome. Elizabeth greeted us on arrival and explained how everything worked. Elizabeths friendliness and professionalism made our stay exceptional. Stanisława, Wiola and Emilia Looked after us very well for breakfast and there was plenty of tasty fresh food and a very good selection. The hotel was very quiet but this is normal for April and we felt very relaxed and comfortable. Justyna made the check out very quick and was friendly. We will definitely stay again. We also had at least 30cm of snow on arrival which made walking in the mountains and valleys extremely relaxing and good for the soul. The sauna was fantastic at the end of the day after a lot of walking.

Beautiful and modern yet cozy guesthouse in a quiet part of Zakopane. It has its own parking, which is convenient. The staff are very helpful, and the breakfasts are excellent. Room no. 8 offers a lovely mountain view from the balcony.

One downside for us was the bathroom setup. It’s separated from the bedroom only by a glass wall and door, which doesn’t provide much sound or visual privacy, especially noticeable at night. You need to draw a heavy curtain each time you use it. Personally, I would have preferred a traditional bathroom with solid walls and a regular door.

Everything was great, just as expected - quite part of the town, with a beautiful view to Tatra mountains. Excellent breakfast - large selection of everything you may want for breakfast, food was fresh and delicious. Sauna downstairs is a big plus, especially that you can reserve it only for yourself, so me and my husband had a nice and relaxing finish of the day after long hikings. Clean room, comfortable beds, very nice interior of this small and warm little house :) would deffinately come back and recommend to others! Thank you once again:)

I absolutely loved everything about Villa 11: the aesthetics, coziness, and location. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is top-notch—believe the reviews, it’s everything they say and more! I booked the sauna twice, and it was the perfect way to relax after a walk in the snowy forest. The location is superb—it’s far enough from the bustle to feel cozy and quiet, yet you can easily walk to the city center in about 20 minutes while enjoying beautiful views. The hiking routes are also just 15 minutes away. During my walks near the hotel, I encountered about 10 deer - which says a lot, the area is very green and close to mountains :) This is the perfect spot for a solo traveler or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat to recharge.

Someone mentioned that having a coffee machine or kettle in the room would be nice, but honestly, having them available in the kitchen was enough. :)

Fantastic stay! We loved the breakfast and sauna. Bed was super comfortable, although pillows could have been better (were to thin). The call it "little breakfast" but it's a sort of buffet better than many hotels of the same price range, so congrats for that. Personel was really friendly and attentive since the day of the check-in. The sauna and space for spa was design with care. It's definitely another big plus of Villa 11.

I would improve the booking system of the spa. Maybe there is a way to do it with an app and set a code for the spa area so each room can benefit of the privacy of the place. Although we had booked for an specific hour, there were already people in the sauna. If the sauna is thought to be shared, perhaps the booking system doesn't have sense at the end.

This was our second stay at Villa 11 Folk & Design, and we would definitely return. The atmosphere here is very cozy and warm. - The staff is excellent. Pani Elżbieta at the reception is always very welcoming, friendly and eager to assist. The kitchen staff is also nice and helpful. - Breakfast Each day, the buffet offered something new, and we could also order freshly-made omelette, sausages, and fried eggs. Additionally, even after breakfast hours when the kitchen was closed, we still had access to the dining room where we could make coffee or tea. There were also cookies, fresh fruits, water, and lemonades available. - Location The Villa's location is perfect. It takes around 17-20 minutes to walk to Krupówki Street (the city center), so the noise and crowds of the center do not reach the Villa. - Room Our room, #10, had a great balcony with a perfect view of the mountains. The bathroom had a bathtub, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing bath with sea salt after a long hike, which made us feel refreshed the next morning. - Parking They have their own parking, which is free of charge.

Everything was perfect

We liked everything, really. The view from #8 room (2nd floor) was stunning (to the peak of Kasparowy Wierch). Breakfast was simple, but fresh, tasty and there was everything what you could eat just like at home. Also, there was a Sauna included in the room price (sauna is ready to use when you request), so after long hikes it was so relaxing. There is no kitchen, kitchenware or kitchenette stuff in the room and we know that, so we brought our electric kettle but actually we didn’t use it because everyday (all day after the breakfast) at the breakfast place (ground floor) there was an electric kettle, honey, tea bags, coffee, cookies, fruits, so we could make our warm drinks after the long hikes! Just perfect.

We didn’t like the bathroom glass walls idea in the room because its uncomfortable to turn blinds every-time when you use the toilet, also (funny), but glass didn’t isolate the sounds so i hope there will be a wooden or brick walls someday in the future. :)))

Excellent place to stay loved the decoration. All very clean and modern working facilities. Sauna and chill out area. The daily breakfast buffet, with also an option for a cooked plate, was really nice. Always healthy and varied. All staff are very friendly people . Great view for mountains from the balcony if you take up this option. A little walk from the town but walking distance to kuznice for hikes. Also, many transfer coaches for further away hikes such as 5 lakes, rysy, morskie oko area. Would book again here if we return to zakopane no hesitation.

Nothing not to like

The host and actually EVERYONE that works there are super polite, professional and kind.... Some of the best staff anywhere in the World.... Place is located off the center but really convenient if you are into hiking, skiing etc... Very beautifully decorated, well equipped and just great....definitively has a feel of a property from a catalog...designed by a professional decorator. Breakfast in the morning was also very good....with a lot of fresh food and emphasis on healthy eating

well... not so much I didn't like it, but sometimes I see the functionality sacrificed for style... And so in the bathroom the sink is located on a small pedestal and there is basically very little room to place your toiletries. Bathroom doors, considering how large they are.... would prefer regular smaller wooden doors over transparent glass... even though there is a curtain in addition to the doors... The closet has only 2 shelves... I stayed alone and occupied the entire space....can't imagine 2 people sharing this one closet (the room was for 2)..... though there is plenty of hangers....would surely design it with more shelving and less space to hang things....

Sauna & Relax area is comfortably big. Room is cozy and there is a bath tub with built in functions to make air bubbles. Breakfast is outstanding. When you come in, they ask whether you need something to be cooked (few options available).

If you book sauna on late hours, you have to bring your own towel from the room as upon our turn to use it, they ran out of towels. Room's bath tub switched on the noisy function by itself during our sleep.
