Everything was good, the room and bathroom were well equipped, even kettle was available. Bedsheets and towels were ok, it was clean. I had a very nice view on the mountains. The location is great, a bit further from noisy center but close to hiking trails, there are shops and restaurants nearby. Swimming pool and sauna were great.

The only thing that was challenging was that on the top floor you need to climb on something to open the window or turn on the fan. It would be also great to have a little fridge in the room.

Nice and clean hotel, good value for money. Good location, 25 minutes walk from Krupowki, but also there is a bus stop a minute walk from the hotel. Very nice swimming pool and good selection of spa treatments. Delicious breakfast.

Although very clean, rooms could benefit from a small upgrade. Mostly problematic was lack of power sockets in convenient locations to charge electronics.

Not much to say about what I didn’t like. However I visited swimming area twice. During my first visit the female staff was constantly mopping the floor to make sure it was safe. Extremely polite and hard working. My second visit was a bit different, male staff spent most of the time in his wee room, Other than that there is nothing else to complain about

Was walking distance to the ski resort around 18 min, great breakfast and pool area was really nice as well.

Needs more options to charge you phone in the room As I had to use the socket in the bathroom

Nice and cosy with great leisure facilities. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful. Man on reception desk was very helpful & friendly.

A little bit outside town but local buses pass hotel so easy to get to Main Street

Saunas, jacuzzi. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was on the last floor and because of the shape of the roof, it was very narrow the space between the bed and the wall.

Could change the matracess on room 103 to elderly people seems unconvinient

The rooms are clean, the staff is nice and helpfull, the breakfast is really good, wide range of everything

The walls and the doors are thin, so we could hear everything from the neighbours and from the corridor,

Good breakfast, parking in front of hotel, wellness is sufficient. I would recommend this accommodation. Bus stop just outside on the main road. Very quite location.

Beds could renewed. During check in there could be more information provided e.g. how it works in wellness, etc. Otherwise we were satisfied
