So great experience! Also, because it was a time to celebrate my birthday. Since the beginning, Emily welcomed us warmly at check-in, setting a positive tone for our stay. All the staffs were friendly and helpful throughout. Our room and the shared areas were very clean. The spa was spotless and high-quality, offering a relaxing experience. Breakfast was a daily treat, with delicious and varied options. Our room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The location was ideal—just outside the busy center but still close to attractions. Considering the outstanding experience, the price was surprisingly affordable. I had a great experience overall and have no complaints. However, one suggestion for improvement that I believe would be a great addition is offering breakfast earlier than 8 AM. Personally, I would have appreciated the option to start breakfast at 7 AM to have more time to explore the city in the mornings, not as a box lunch as offered but as the buffet.

While the hotel's location is convenient for daytime exploration, it's worth noting that accessing public transportation in the evenings might be a bit more challenging. It's advisable to plan your evening outings accordingly, perhaps considering taxis or ride-sharing services for a hassle-free return to the hotel.

The breakfast is good and has a lot of options, the pool and Jacuzzi is good as well. The view of the room is amazing.

The TV should be a smart TV, doesn’t have USB charges in the room. The bedroom was very warm, it’s good but the control to change temperature wasn’t working in the room so was kind of hot there. They only clean the room after 4 days should be daily. The jacuzzi should have time for use for each room, for example people should leave every 30 min, because some people stayed in the Jazuzzi the whole night and didn’t want to leave, so we and others had to wait.

Breakfast was great, we were pleased with the variety of food. The room was clean and quiet. The view from the balcony is really nice (3rd floor), even for the cheaper room without the view on the mountains. Big and convenient parking. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the center of Zakopane by car. Spa zone is good.

Would be nice if TV had YouTube. Especially that would be valuable for the guests from other countries, because the regular local TV program gives you only polish ads.

Everything is superlative, the accommodation, the pool, but especially the breakfast is of very high standards, we will definitely come back

The rooms, adorned with embroidered curtains and plush beds, cradle weary travelers. Each window frames a different story—the snow-draped forest, the distant peaks, and the promise of adventure. The wellness area, with its cedar sauna and bubbling jacuzzi, is a sanctuary for tired souls. Here, I shed the weight of the world, my worries dissolving in the warm water. Outside, snowflakes pirouette, and I wonder if they, too, seek refuge. Evenings unfold in the candlelit restaurant. Pierogi—those savory dumplings—melt on my tongue, and the pianist’s melodies weave nostalgia into the air. I sip mulled wine, its warmth chasing away the chill. Hotel Paryski Art & Business isn’t just a place to rest; it’s a haven where dreams find their way back. As I bid farewell, I carry a snowflake in my heart—a reminder of this enchanted retreat.

The Staff were lovely, accommodating and helpful. The facilities were very good, lovely comfortable room with a balcony. The restaurant food is top notch, excellent.

The only thing was that the restaurant menu stays the same, although lovely it would be nice to have some different dishes on different evenings. We are from Ireland and love our tea, we realise that most Polish people don't drink tea much so we brought our own tea bags with us but the only problem was that we had to keep looking for cold milk! It would be accommodating if there were some cold milk left in the fridge in our room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Not only was the staff friendly and accommodating, but they also surprised me by upgrading my room for free. I was thrilled to find that my new room had a stunning view of the Tatra mountains, making my stay even more enjoyable. The girl who worked at the front desk when I checked in was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond to provide me with useful tips and information about local hiking trails and transportation options, which greatly enhanced my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The food was varied and fresh, and there was something for everyone. I also loved the relaxing spa area, which may have been small but was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway. I can't wait to come back and visit again in the future.

Unfortunately, the outside pool was closed during my stay due to bad weather, but that didn't put a damper on my experience.

I really liked the hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to help, a gorgeous view of the mountains, the breakfast is very tasty and the choice for breakfast is varied, there is a children's room and a playground, which is very convenient if you come with children, I also really liked the pools (both indoor and outdoor) plus the jacuzzi and sauna, you can relax well, there is a lifeguard near the pool (which is very good), it is quiet and calm in the evening, which allows you to relax sitting on the balcony and look at the wonderful view of the mountains, the room as a whole is also good, there is everything you need, they offered an extra bed for a child, the only thing that needs to be replaced is the pillows, because they are very “thin” and small ((but in general the hotel is super, I hope to be able to return, but only in winter!))

I liked the location away from the hustle and bustle of central Zakopane. We enjoyed quiet evenings in the poolside restaurant which had excellent food. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools where you can relax after a day of hiking and provides you with bathrobes. The breakfast is very good, it has free parking, overall it is very good value.

The only minus was that our room was under the roof and had a weird shape. It could not be cooled just by opening the balcony door although it was not hot outside. We had to use the aircon all the time.
