The caretaker/owner is nice, a bit difficult to speak English. They prepare breakfast if you ask for 30 zł at the moment. I especially liked that I could see the mountains from the bed and the terrace was also a good size. The bed is really comfortable, I slept very well. The corner store is well equipped, public transport is nearby, not downtown, but you can reach everything within 5 minutes.

The breakfast could be a little more varied (sweets, muesli, fruit, jam, yogurt), although there is no problem with the quantity, and the coffee machine mixes an unnecessary amount of milk into the portion, so it loses its flavor. The selective waste collection could be a little more orderly, with containers of the right color and size, this would greatly improve the already excellent hospitality.

View from windows was very nice, location was great, spacious room.

Rooms were a bit outdated. Would be nice to get a bit newer towels, bedsheets were torn a little bit. Tv was not working. Radiator in the bathroom was hot only once per our stay

Great room for your money! There is everything you need. Parking space available. Clean, comfortable. Good location.

There is no air conditioning or even a fan, it is very stuffy in the heat. There is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Without a doubt, it was a fantastic place to stay ❤️ The staff provided such outstanding services and were ready to help to any way possible. We arrived a little before check-in time and the owner was kind enough to let us enter our rooms a bit earlier. The beds and blankets were sooo comfortable and the room had all the necessary requirements. If we were short on anything, the owner was always ready to assist us through 😁 The game/ dance room was our favorite place and also had a calm ambiance. Would recommend it without a doubt 🤩

Great value for money. A little bit far from town center , but there was a bus station around 200m from apartment. We came here for hiking, so was not problem to walk for us :).

No shampoo and shower gel in bathroom. Apartment needs some cosmetic construction to be great. Bad wall soundproof.

I liked the place - near is shopping center, through the balcony it is visible mountains. The room had a mini kitchen, which was a plus, also 2 separate bathrooms. The facility offered some fun options - pool, table football and etc.

Though it had 2 separate bathrooms, the bedrooms were not separate -it was with an arch and there were no doors. Bed linen and towels had a slight specific smell (moldy/damp like),

Cheap and cheerful. Can't fault it. It's really good value for money.

Not ideal if you want to be close to the centre of Zakopane. Perfect for skiing, hiking, etc. Can't fault it otherwise.

The services provided in the hotel were great. We took massage service and sauna. Playing area was good. Food was fantastic and worth the price😋.
