Very clean, all necessary equipments are there in the kitchen, spacious apartment, amazing staff, underground parking (Free), close by groceries. If there was more than 10/10 rating I would give!

Minor things.. washing machine facilities would be an extra star, I personally didn’t know where to throw the trash, was looking around. Very important to add a shelf in the shower area to avoid bending while taking your things from the shower floor. But thats minor things not to mention :)

The hotel is new, well-equipped, modern and cosy. The rooms are large and the shower room is comfortable.

The photos were really impressive, but in reality the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, near a village, so dogs were barking all night. There is no view from the balcony, except for the car park. The wall insulation is reminiscent of school camps, you can hear everything the neighbours are saying, especially when they are pushing furniture overhead. Also some of the design solutions were surprising, e.g. the bedroom and bathroom doors open on the same side and knock into each other. Already in the new room, the doors are scraped.

The hotel and all the equipments are very nice !

The spa area is unusable because there is so many chemicals inside the jacuzzis and after 5 minutes your eyes will have pain ! Unfortunately we payed for the breakfasts but the quality is really really bad and not representing the hotel quality !

Good location - quiet area not to busy with other buildings. Clean, very modern rooms, during 3 days we had room service once. OK breakfast delivered to the door at 8:30-9:00. Parking is good and included.

For the price we didn't expect that the hotel would charge extra for slippers and bath robes. Before booking we read hotel's response to questions on Booking and the responded that SPA is included. Technically yes - but the fact of charging extra for small other things when the price tag for 3 nights is 570 euro is frustrating. Same with coffee - you have to pay extra if you want coffee with the breakfast. The room had coffee machine but no coffee.

Modern design of hotel and apartment, well equipped kitchen, good room temperature and option to park in a garage. A plus was also having smart TVs in each room, a dishwasher and laundry dryer. Hotel is in a quite location, with a grocery, ATM and restaurant around the corner.

I really did not get the point of allowing people going to sauna in swimsuit. The "wellness" was quite small and the water in the hot tub very heavily chlorinated, it stung the eyes and it was hard to breathe. It was also my first experience with paying additional fee for sauna sheet as well as having towels not exchanged during the whole stay. Breakfast was tasty and the portion was sufficient, but served quite late (8.30 or later). A bit negative surprise was the broken, muddy access road to the hotel.

The staff is very friendly. Great if you get the mountain view side. Exceptional view every morning on the balcony. The hotel is modern, clean and easy to walk around. The spa area is beautiful and wonderful. Would be better if you could control the temperatures on the hot tubs (3 of them) or saunas (2 of them), but otherwise they were great to relax in everyday. Had a great time here and hope to return.

The location is a 45 minute walk from the center/train station. Take a taxi there, as it is uphill the entire way. Can't really blame the hotel for the location though, it is still in a nice quiet location.

A pleasant hotel with quite nice staff. An interesting concept of breakfast delivered to the room. Relatively quiet place in the outer part of the city.

Very soft mattresses, this is never good for sleeping and your back. The hotel's wellness is strangely designed - two small glazed saunas with a low temperature, in which everyone goes in bathing suits (wtf ????!!!!) and a cooling small bathtub where the water is not exchanged. A small wellness center always crowded with people. It's a shame - it would be nice if the entrance was regulated to a limited number of people and there were sauna rules.

the location is quite okey for zakapone due to roads are bit challenging around the most of the area so it didn’t bother us, and the room was clean. the only big missing thing is I would say there is only breakfast and no restaurant, so you can’t order anything and the bar was a bit small but the prices were pretty good and I liked the quality of the drinks, and the stuff was very friendly. But İt’s a bit strange that you have your pay for extra towels which there wasn’t enough towels in the room. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay during a little vacation.
